Got a phone call from this numer too, but not suer who it is

Had a call trying to sell pink penguins as a fundraiser for national parks. Dodgy!

Call from this no every day over the past 3 weeks no one there if answered & no message if unanswered. Anyone else had this?

Sounds like telemarketers.

getting the same as katy... this is so annoying! This number should be disconnected and there should be a law against this crap going on

this number calls me, then disconnects when i answer

I too have got calls from this no.  First day I was in the shower but could not answer, but saw no on my display and today they just hung up when I answered

so heaps of peeps have had this numba call them - i got it twice today, mobile and home phone within 5 seconds. bloody anyoying considering they are a no-name numba, wont talk when call is answered so what do they want????? hmmmmmm, we are being monitored :)

Yep I've been getting calls twice a day for the last week so messages left so I take it  they are trying to sell me something

Have had this number calling us several times along with 0280946029. They are from the same service just representing different organisations apparently.

Asked to be removed from the calling list and they refused. Told me to use the do not call register which our number is listed on and has been kept on for some time. Asked for a manager and they still refused then hung up.

The service is designed to make people call them back on an STD number and deal with an automated service.

It's the National Parks & Wildlife Backyard Buddy programme .... ring it and you'll find out for yourself ......

I get this number calling constantly for a week then nothing for a while then it starts again.
I see the number come up on my caller ID and just let it ring out to my answering machine and of course the ignorant #$$^&s don't leave a message but each time they call it costs them. My number is listed with Do Not Call but it makes no difference, it seems that who ever is doing it is a protected species that can do as it pleases regardless of the regulations.

Phone didnt ring long, called number back incase it was my work calling, message saying, "You have recently been called by National Park and Wildlife"....dare say yet another organisation looking for donations...leave me alone please.

Telemarketer, national parks and wildlife, backyard buddy program, ringing me at home and mobile a few times a day, very annoying

I am , like alot of Australians, fedup with ïnterruption to the peacefulness of my daily life by telemarketers and charity fund raisers, and scammers who say that they can fix my computer, etc. etc. First thing in the morning, I set my phone to answer by automatic message. If it is a family member, or friend, or someone genuine, they will leave a message, and I call them back - when it suits me.

I got a call today from 02 80946004. Perhaps  02 is a New south Wales area code. No one left a message from the above number, so much later in the day, I went to a phonebox and dialled the number. It was answered with a recorded message, in a male voice, and he sounded Australian, and get this ...it was about "The National Parks back yard bunny programme".   Bizarre. I live in Queensland and it is illegal to have rabbits or backyard bunnies as pets, so the caller could be bogus, who knows, who cares.
Straight after the unanswered call, I got another call that came up as "överseas". Wish they'd all P off.
