I just got the call...told me they were from Optus offering em a new plan. I have prepaid. How did they get my name? I was suspicious as Optus usually send an sms with new plan options or tell you about it when you recharge..... Wonder what company it is?

i got the exact same number pop up. i called them back and it was like a group of girls giggling and clueless. i got this call again today and a few days ago. i dont think its important.

i keep getting this call at least once or twice a week and it only rings for two seconds then hangs up its really anoying me!

I also received this call at least 3 or 4 times over the past week, very annoying

im getting it constantly now and am absolutely fustrated! how do i stop it!

i'm getting a call from this number every couple of days too. haven't answered it as yet and won't after reading this info. i too am on optus prepaid and have never been contacted by phone about rate plan changes/offers.

i got called by this number today and missed it.i  am a optus pre paid customer  and i have had optus ring me in the past and offer me new deals and they have been optus deals.i never answered the  call but i will next time to c who it is.

I keep receiving calls from Optus too and im prepaid. They call me at home and my mobile, and i also get constant sms's about plans and all sorts of optus deals. But i have never once used them! How do i stop it??

I just received an unsolicited missed call from this number today. First time.

Never call back unsolicited missed calls without firstly searching the internet to find out if the call may be a scam.

I received a missed call from this number about half an hour ago and I to an an optus prepaid customer???

I got  a missed call message just after 5pm it seemed strange as i did not recognise the number i had thought of doing call number block to see who it was but i dont think so after reading this

I found another site where this exact number has been mentioned. The complaint goes as far back as 7 months. I too am with Optus pre-paid and have been getting calls from this number for almost 2 weeks now. Optus should be ashamed of themselves.

Another optus prepaid customer who received a call from this number.. i didn't answer it and it just rung out.. rang for about 15 seconds

This is optus promotions department usually they will try to get you on a different plan if you are on pre paid.

i just got this call just then, and didnt pick up coz i thought it was another telemarketing scheme. its so annoying, lukily i googled da number and it looks like alot of people are getting it

I received this call yesterday but they left no message.

I too am a optus prepaid customer and recieve about 3 calls from this number per week, they never leave a message. It's very annoying. I'm going to change to another network. Optus suck!

I have received a call from this number twice now, first time a few weeks ago and again today. Luckily I didn't answer each time. No message left.
I am on an Optus prepaid account. I think I will also change. I don't want to receive calls from Optus.
