Its the 'Home Imporvement People". Well that's the recorded message i got when i called the number.

i got the call also for a new number i recently just got and i herd a man's voice

Stop calling this number

So far, in the past two days, 18 times this number has rang.  

Hangs up every time I answer the phone, when answering machine takes over hangs up as well.

Has rang me eight times today. Annoying!

Persistent calls after hours while either preparing my evening meal or eating it, very annoying. I will not answer.

The caller asked for the "owner of the business". I asked who he was and what it was regarding. I was rudely (and in a very snappy manner) told "Rob, the solar people, I want to speak to the owner". I asked him what it was regarding and in an agitated and aggressive manner I was told "I already told you I want to speak to the owner". I told him that this was a family business and asked if the purpose of the call to market something. Rob then says "now you listen to me".... hang on... he called me, didn't identify himself, didn't ask for the owner by name and now rudely tells me to "listen to me". Surely this is a prank phone call? No one calling on behalf of a business would be that rude?

I told him that this was no way to market the solar people and I asked him if he was he an owner. He said no and then starts listing the owners full names to me. I told him that he should think about the way and the manner in which he speaks to people when representing and marketing this company which is not his own. Every person who the caller speaks to should be spoken to as if they are the owner for a few reasons - 1. it well could be the owner of the business  2. even if it is a receptionist they are the "gatekeeper" and if you make them angry then you will never get through to the actual owner 3. If you are this difficult and rude on the phone how will the rest of my experience be with this company?
