Same deal.. Company is Peakbound who are an authorised representative of Citibank.. Never leave a message, from other sites though it appears they are trying to sell income protection and other insurance..

Someone says they're from BOQ trying to add a deal to your VISA card where if you purchase an item, and it goes on special a week later, they'll refund the difference. They then ask for you birth date and other personal information.  I asked for them to send the details in the mail, it obviously never arrived.

I've had the same calls three times, and asked the same - for them to send the information in the mail.  It obviously never arrives.  Scam.

They keep calling me, I answer, and they hang up - assuming I'll call back??

three times this month, getting rank with it...
