Keep getting calls from 0281983800 which when returned auto-answers with a dead line. It's getting extremely annoying.I have received about 10 calls from this number.  Don't bother calling back this number.

This number keeps calling me and when i answer there is no one there it picks up immediately and then its blank.

Try this it may help i have had calls from both numbers

tell them you want to be removed from ALL CALL LISTS.

Thanks for the advise! I have been recieving the same unsolicited calls from 0281983800. I have called and requested my name removed but, surely they cant legally do this to people? Pricks!

ive received 6 calls today alone. between 9am and 3pm thats one call every hr! its really pissing me off. i have young children to look after and cant keep stoppong to answer [***] calls!

When I answer there is no one there I also get the same from 0281983800 pulling my hair out! I have just registered on the do not call register also.

really getting annoying i have recieved calls from both numbers and thinking they were inportant tried to call them back for which i was charged for the phone call DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK unless you have money to throw away

this number calls my mobile and no one is there and when you call back from either a mobile or landline the number does not ring it just answers and no one is there

Thank [***] christ someone out there has gone through the same thing! The silly turd faces can't be bothered leaving a voice msg, even more rude.  On a positive note, Thankyou Tina for the advice!

Yeah I'm getting hit by this number a lot. I wish we could get the personal numbers of the person that approved this method of advertising and the people making the calls. Can this be done?

For the last week I have been receiving approximately 6-10 calls a day from either 8915 4600 or 8198 3800. When I answer I get either silence or a buzzing noise. I have tried to call these numbers and there is nothing there. This is becoming a disruption to my life. I want it to stop  now! I am with 3 and went into the store on Friday 29.2.08, and they told me to ring customer service, which I did today, and they told me to either go to the police or change my number. I also noticed that the calls stopped over the weekend. I will not have my life disrupted any more. I will get to the bottom of this!

Been getting at least 2-3 calls a day for the last week or so from 02-8198-3800. Same as everyone else, no-one on the other end and when the call is returned, no answer. Bloody Commonwealth Bank!!!

have been recieving a call from 02 8198 3800 for at 3 months now, and always around 6:15 pm, everyday, until recently when i set off my personal alarm and sat it on the phone itself. Calls appear to have stopped, its been 10 days now???

I've been getting calls from this number for at least 2 weeks. How can I make it stop?!?!?!

I have received a call from this number at around 2 pm, in Sydney.
It was really anoying,since when I called it back there was no one to answer!

I will ram my phone up there fn [***] if there is someone responsible!

Finally someone spoke to me after I answered a call from 02 8918 3800, it was Commonwealth Bank and a right little upstart he was too!  I asked to me removed from the list, he just kept banging on and asking if I was a customer of Commonwealth Bank which I informed him I wasn't.  So hopefully he got the message.
