i keep reciveing calls from this number claiming that his from fitness first iwanst 2 know if he really is

The same just happened to my friend. We called fitness first and they said it was not one of their numbers. Do not give them any details.

keeps calling me. haven't had a chance to answer cos i'm at work.. never leaves a message either..

I WAS a member of Fitness First.  What about others who get these calls?  Are/Were you?  Maybe this is linked to someone at their company.
When ringing this number it just gets answered saying, "Thankyou for calling Fitness First" then hangs up!
Is it a new type of SPAM?

have received 2 calls from this number today. called back and it said 'you have just called fitness first. thank you'... hmmmm

I received a call from this number as well, just then, I missed it, they left a message which was very hard to understand. He spoke really fast, and it finished with my full name. I recently left Fitness First as well. This doesn't surpise me from that shoddy organisation.

this person keeps calling me so i pick up thinking its someone i know and as soon as i pick up and say hello they hang up.

got called from this number by fitness first wanting to collect money after the idiots took more than $200 from my account without permission.

Yes, exactly, I just missed that call, and I called back then heard some words mentioned above!
I left fitness first several weeks ago, maybe that's the reason they called me again?

after reading above comments, I think we should not call back again coz who konws if they charge us money from our mobile once we call back with this number?

recieved a missed call from (02) 8217-8080 and would like to know who from Fitness First it was and the reason for the call.
I tried calling back and all they say is "Thank-you for calling Fitness First" then nothing.
It's rather annoying because I recently applied for a receptionist position and if it's in regards to that, then I'd like another number to contact them on.

I received several calls, from (02) 8217-8080. Every time I answered they hung up straight away. It's so annoying! I tried calling fitness first on their 1300 number to find out why they are calling, but no one seems to know what's going on. Absolutely useless those people.

since 15Apr09 I received several calls from that number. Mostly missed calls. When I called back all it said was "Hi you have reached Fitness First and that's it. I'll give them fitness fist...

I had 5 missed calls from this number today, Im a member of at fitness first, just googled it as i thought it was strange, so did anyone find out wat the go was ?

Same thing as everyone else. FF member and receiving the calls. maybe 1 a fortnight
