I have had this number call twice in the last week, I called the number back and got a message identifying the company as 2evolve which after I did a google search is a charity fundraising call centre.

how did they get my number - I have my number as "non-listed"

My number is non-listed number too. I recieve calls from this number about 3 times a month. I never answer numbers I don't recognise, so I don't know who or what the company is. They usually retrieve individuals' details through unscrupulous retail stores or companies on the net, door to door salespeople for energy companies,etc.. who enter your details on consumer lists. So if you made a purchase or filled out any forms over the last 6 months or year, you may have unknowingly given permission to the store, internet company, bank,...yes..bank and even solicitors!, to give this information out. However, some organisations collect these details automatically without your knowledge in a myriad of ways. You can stop them by putting a"block" on the number, unfortunatly I can't recall the process right now but I'm sure you could look it up.

I've been getting about 10 calls a week from this number. I am pretty sure they have got my number from a competition that i entered to win a trip to Bali..

02 82611847 has called repeatedly in recent weeks at different times. it's obviously a callcentre. but would like to know which one.

You can't block them because they are a charity. I am on the donotreply register and they still manage to pester me.

How do these people even have my number? I am on a protected persons list!

I've had heaps of missed calls too. Really want to know who it is but no luck so far.

Based on my experience, 2evolve is a services company for groups like Amnesty International.  They are not malicious, but very irritating!

Called tonight at 8pm. It was on behalf of Greenpeace.

My mobile number was previously owned by a Greenpeace supporter, I have had this number ten years but still get calls and text from them even though I let them know the person no longer has this number.

I'm part of donating to WWF so they are fundraising call centres for different call fundraiser a just making sure everything is ok :)

I have been getting these calls too. It’s a fundraising agency 2evolve they partner with different charities. If you email co****ts@2evolve.com.au then someone will take you off the list.

they never leave a message when you don't answer
