I have been getting numerous calls from this number and they never leave a msg, when I tried to phone back it says (i think) " City base call centre has recently tried to contact you on behalf of their client" ???

Same as Frankie's comment - they ring about 3 times a day and leave no message. When returning their call the recorded message is:

"City base call centre has recently tried to contact you on behalf of their client."

This is a sales message about education. They give you no way to get off their list and call constantly. If SPAM is illegal then this definitely should be.

My husband passed away recently and our home number was under his name. Somebody(usually these are just two persons as I can identify by their voice) is calling me from this number 0282822244 every day and if I don't answer they are calling again and again during the day. If I answer, I even can't say anything - they stop their call straight away because I already told them a lot of times to stop it and asked supervisor. Now every time they call they ask my husband that makes me crying every time after call and as soon as I say a word they just stop call. And they call me again. I'd like to sue them because it's such cruel to do so to me. First, I'd like to know the name of this company as they never tell me that.
