Our client is receiving over 136 calls per day on average from 02-8302-6100. Any information regarding who this number belongs to would be greatly appreciated as the amount of calls are in direct breach of the COMMS ALLIANCE CODE C525:2010 for Unwelcome Calls.

I think it's Telstra.
Just got off the phone to them after a heated discussion regarding my phone line not working.
A couple of minutes later I get a call from this number, I didn't answer it though, still a bit upset.

what's up with them?

I got a call from this number last night and it was a guy from Telstra saying he got a message to call me as I was having problems with my Home phone. I dont even have a telstra home phone.

I got disconnected from Telstra Bigpond support and about 5 calls from this number. Unfortunately I was on the other line at the time, but was impressed that they actually called back. As for the level of customer support, thats another story....

just got a call from this number rang it from  a private number it is telstra bigpond support

I called up Telstra on the phone fault line.. and they  called me back on this number. The woman who answered the phone however, sounds exactly the same as the one who's called me in the past... trying to scam me by telling me i've got virusses on a computer or some [***]. So yeah. I dunno. Now she knows my phone number, mobile number and address. It's ridiculous when you can't even trust your own Australian companies to use customer service providers who are legitimate.

This number is telstras support line.

I received calls from this number a couple of weeks ago but was unavailable at that time so the number was logged on my mobile phone.  I have received a call from this number tonight and when I answered the call, the caller hung up, that is why I decided to do a search of this number and I have found this blog.  I am very glad for the internet once more because I now am not so concerned and shall block this caller.

I'm glad for your post because I received a couple of call logs from this number a couple of weeks ago and when I answered this same number this evening, the caller just hung up on me.  I have consequently blocked this caller.

I know s the caller from this number. His name is Yani & he works for Telstra, it's a New South Wales number & he is currently chatting with my wife....NO not as a customer. I think my wife is having an online affair.......Will try to keep you all updated as I find out more information.

It's Telstra..after having trouble with my phone, they rang me to make sure all was working.

This is not a Telstra Number!, I am currently o'seas, and gettin calls from that number here! I got nothing to do with Australia, which is where I worked out this number is coming from. BEWARE!!!!
