This was a call from lets assist, (Andrew) well they did show me my computer had sent many error reports, I did this while off line, so I felt safe. But when asked to go online I bailed out.
However he knew my computer Microsoft number and my name and address, creepy.
We didnt get down to money as I got off the line with the pretense of going to work, then went on line to check this out, they seemed so honest, and had a lot of knowledge, but they are still scammers I am sure, I didn't give him time to ask for money.
But be careful.
