this number has been calling me at 3am in the morning and i hate it

called me during the day, knowone there, just hangs up.

This number calls me and hangs up - its Telstra's auto connect service where it dials you and if there is no operator to take your call it auto hangs up. Very annoying

i've been getting these calls too. it's a revenue raIsing idea from telstra, outside the normal charge costs so people call back. apparently it is on 24hr loop ringing people around the country. must make a fortune, but yeah, a little annoying.

It definately is telstra. I received two phone calls, about ten minutes apart. The first one hung up straight away, and the second answered. It's an automated service requesting customer feedback after they have performed something for you - mine was about them upgrading a service for me.

Rang three tiime in a row and hung up all three

I only just got this Telstra number...so none knows my number yet, but I suspect it's someone trying to get me to use up my credit. That's not nice!

number unidentified - don't leave a message

This number rang my mobile number three times today, but as I had my phone on silent I kept missing them and they didn't leave a message and I get really pissed off when people do that.

If your going to call and not leave a message to my voice mail, go away!!

I am a new Telstra customer as of last Thursday and I just had a missed call from 02 8570 3245. I googled the phone number and got this page. So obviously it's definately something to do with Telstra. I agree.... Annoying!

How do we know its definitely Telstra if no one is on the other end of the phone.  I too recieved a number of calls from this number today, and nobody at the other end. It could be anyone of those myriad of telemarketing companies out there hassling us, even though my number is on the Do Not Call Register, they still persist. Lets find out who it really is.

This is a customer survey from telstra. It rang me twice. I missed it the first time, then when i answered the 2nd time it was an automated survey. My mobile is only new, from telstra. no one else has it yet, so i believe it is them.

just missed a call 10 mins ago from this number, but from reading these comments i'm not going to bother calling back, I just upgraded my telstra plan last week.

I had a missed call from this number 0285703245.  I called it back and got an automated message saying it was Telstra who called to do a survey about a recen interactin (I just bought the iPone 4 and ported my number from Optus.)
It's definitely Telstra, just call then number and you'll see.

They will call back until you do the survey.

Just upgraded my phone and changed my plan with Telstra. Definitely Telstra's customer feedback service.

She wanted to check I'm getting the full benefit.
I said yep - You make me run to the phone every day and then hang up on me - so now its my turn. I hung up - I know its rude - but sheesh everyday I was getting 2 or 3 calls that have no one on the other end.
BUT it has backfired cause I've obviously been marked - not dealt with - cause the hang up calls are persisting.
