calls every bloody morning!
when i pick up they hang up, when i call back it just rings out... i suspiciously feel as if calling back is costing me a bloody fortune.

Confirming this number. Seems to be the same sort of thing as 02-8986-3000. My location is Perth, Western Australia.

I had a call from this number this afternoon on my mobile but i never answered as i was at work....no message was left so i don't think i will be calling it back!

I missed a call from this number half an hour ago, didn't try calling it back. I suspect its Telstra or Optus trying to sell me something. This is the third phone number this week. When will it end????

I've just started getting them as well. I'm with Optus so what I do is keep a log of them and when it calls me three times I report the calls as unwanted and your carrier is to file a report with the police who contact the owner of the number to tell them to stop. I have had this twice before with different numbers and once I report it to my phone company the calls do stop.

it's the company "all phones"..  after the 4th missed call i finally had my phone on me....  theyre calling customers round the time their contract ends

This phone number has called me four times today, each time i answer it, i get half of some robot message before it disconnects. I had enough!! So i tried to call it back on my work phone, but it just rings and then hangs up on you. Not like it's ringing out, but actually disconnecting you.

Its OPTUS!!!. A subsiduary of, your details given to them by OPTUS!!!!!

When they eventually get through to you they ask if you are happy with your current, about to expire phone plan. Tell the caller you want to be placed on the do not call list & they will do this for you.

It calls 3-4 times a day!! It just says, thank you for calling. But they called me? ERGGG!!!

bout 4 calls a day now several days running, i even changed provider who are these people how do i stop it and do we get billed for it

I have had 3-4 calls a day from both phone numbers (0286660623 and 0289863000)for last two days.  When I have answered the call, it says Thank you for calling an operator will take your call and then hangs up.  It tends to be between the hours of 9am and 6pm EST.  Very annoying.  Better not be being charged for these calls on my Optus bill.

Grr don't want them calling me!

I purchased a phone through Allphones 2yrs ago and with Virgin Mobiles and the contract runs out today and I have received two calls on my mobile today from 02 86660623 but did not answer them. It appears its either Allphones or Virgin mobile who route through the Optus mobile network.  This is harrasment and I will be chnging my carrier today.

I'm with Vodafone and i receive these calls.

I with Optus and have received these calls from Allphones.  Email scott at Allphones to get taken off their list and tell him you will not be doing any business with Allphones.  Maybe they will get the message.  Dont blame your phone company as this is an Allphones marketing technique.

I have had 2 calls from this number in 2 days. When I answer the call their is a recorded voice that says "Thank you for calling, all of our operators" and then the call cuts out.

If I get another call I will be reporting to Optus (I am with Optus).

Its Definately ALL PHONES - no matter which service provider ur with (inside information)

I have been recieving 2 calls a day for the last week or more. Its hangs up everytime I answer it after it plays the message of Thank you for calling. Thanks for the feed back guys. I will be reporting this to my carrier.

if you call the allphones conplaint line (02) 8746 2233 and ask them to remove you from there call list the calls stop, i was getting 2 calls a day even after once i spoke to someone and told them not to call me again. after ringing the complaint line i haven't received any more calls from them

I just got a call also - I am with Vodafone - thanks for the info.
