My family has been getting numerous calls from this Number and they will not identify the company that they represent.

Section 14 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth):
Principle 1 - Manner and purpose of collection of personal information

1. Personal information shall not be collected by a collector for inclusion in a record or in a generally available publication unless:
(a) the information is collected for a purpose that is a lawful purpose directly related to a function or activity of the collector; and
(b) the collection of the information is necessary for or directly related to that purpose.
2. Personal information shall not be collected by a collector by unlawful or unfair means.

I have recieved the same calling looking for my mum. All the lady would tell me is she works for an agency that helps locate people. Anyone know what sort of agency?

Look at the last two words on number 2.  Unfair means. I call harassing distant relatives unfair means. How dare they bother 83 year old people telling lies about they are just to find someone who is no longer in our lives this is just pure hat assessment and will not be tolerated. Tammy expect a solicitors letter in the mail to cease and desist harassing our family.

Tammy Cassler rang my home number claiming to be an old friend looking for my son to 'reconnect'.  Dont know how she found my number as I have a different surname than him. She even found my other son and rang him at work. I rang her for an explanation and it turned out to be a different person she was after. Surely there are privacy issues breached here!!!!  BIG FINE TAMMY!!!!!

This lady is something else. She knows personal information about my daughter (such as her medical history) when asked how she found out said it was irrelevant. Don't know why she needed to know. Especially when my daughter has nothing to do with the case she was inquiring into. VERY PISSED OFF MUMMA!!

I just had a delightful phone call from Tammy, needless to say it wasn't pleasant. the phone call began with trying to chase my parents whilst i was at work to get in contact with a relative. Her tactics used were, lets be honest tastless. She was trying to get in contact regarding the passing of his father (news to me which sent us all into a bit of a tail spin).

I also recently had a phone call from Tammy my experience was not so bad!!! Maybe you should stop blaming her for trying to get in touch with people when she wouldnt have too if whoever she is trying to call would just deal with there [***]

Legit=Tammy, you are skating on some very thin ice my dear. I don't know what credit corp is selling. But Tammy is acting unfairly and illegally targeting Facebook friends claiming she is an old acquaintance. Make sure hour make-up is on when today-tonight knock at your home.

Tammy from CreditCorp is as filthy mutt and is as they come! Received a phone call from her this morning. Not only did she call my partners workplace, she also called my brothers, former partners, cousin in an attempt to get my contact details (mind you the girl, who I have nothing to do with had to contact me by facebook very confused as to why she was being contacted as she really has nothing to do with me)

I have not spoke to tammy but I have had two people from my facebook friends (who I don't even talk to) msg me saying that tammy is trying to contact me and they gave me the same number as is on here! I have tried ringing it to find out what its about but it just keeps saying please hold... I don't know tammy  but she is harassing people who I don't even know and she is stealing peoples information from facebook.

looking at my facebook friends then contacting them at there workplace to try and track me down without contacting me is very unlawful and unfair. it is also harassment

Pretty sure this woman 'Tammy' is a debt collector or works for a debt collecting agency. She uses Facebook to get a hold of the person she's trying to find. I personally know of a case where she used Facebook to find the persons daughter in law, then found her mother, then found where she works and rang that place asking asking for the daughter in law. In my opinion, it is extremely rude and no doubt illegal.

If she rings you be careful what information you give her!

The point is.. She is doing her job... illegally!  And you seem to be on her next hit list.  So no complaining when she contacts your friends and family and co-workers ( IF your not on the dole).  Not a word when they start asking why are YOU problems now THEIRS...

My partner has been recieving calls asking for information about SHANE? He doesnt even know a Shane, They will not tell him where they are from or what it is in relation to.

I just got a call from this number saying it was Jessica Hutchings chasing my sister. Would not give any details just saying it was a personal matter.
