Report a phone call from 02-8873-0900 and help to identify who and why is calling from this number.
- Cat| 1 replyI've had a few calls from this number over the last week. I have voicemail so I found it strange that there was no message left. When I called back, it just rang out. Anybody have a similar call from this number, or know where it has originated?
- SarahYes, had a call. However they had an answering machine answer. Couldnt catch the company name. Thought it might be a recruitment co I am regsitered with and left me details. Prob shouldnt have!
- Caller: ???
- AaronJust missed a call from this number and thought I'd google the number to try to find out who it was.. no luck. I probably wouldn't have answered it if I'd heard the call anyway. So sick of getting unsolicited calls.
- AaronFurther to the last message... a google search has revealed this number to belong to COLMAR BRUNTON - a market research agency with an office in North Ryde. This is exactly the sort of annoying phone call I wanted to put a stop to when the "Do Not Call Register" was announced - fat lot of good that did.
- Caller: Colmar Brunton
- AngelaActually Colmar Brunton is a company that pays you to do market research like taste testing and stuff like that, I don't think they do unsolicited calls. I also received some missed calls from them but I am registered for them to call me so it wasn't unsolicited. I don't think they would waste their time calling randoms who aren't registered for their research.
- KerryLike the posters above, I just had a missed call and googled the number to see who it might be. I'm in VIC and don't usually get calls from the (02) area. I am glad to see it is Colmar Brunton - I'm booked in to do some research tomorrow (ironically on mobile phone services) so I'm guessing it was just a reminder. The original booking was arranged from the Sydney office, on my landline number. I agree with the last poster that it is unlikely they do random calling. You have to be registered with them. And they pay you for your time. I'm getting $40.00 cash for 45 mins of my time tomorrow. I'm more than happy.

- DanJust received a missed call from this number today, and googled to find out. Curious to know what a NSW company is doing calling me in Victoria.
O_o - NIcYeah I also just got 2 missed calls from this No. today so Googled it and ended up here - i have nothing to do with this company (never heard of it even) and live in QLD so no idea why they are calling. I called back and got voice mail that says its a company called "our source"?? no idea!
- Jenny| 1 replyYeah me too. I got a missed call from (02) 8873 0900...didn't even ring that long. I called back but no one answer the phone. So I googled it and ended up here too. I registered with a few market research companies that pay you when you do surveys, products tasting and focus groups etc...may be it's one of them?
- CubeI do had a call from this number saying that they are doing some research on Nokia mobile, and they want me to take part in it. It takes about 3 hrs and get paid for it. Hopefully I am going there in first week of July for chit chatting;)
I will update you guys what happened in next comment. - CubeHey guys I am back, actually they rang me just then and told that they changed their rules and regulation. They want someone who downloaded 100-300 songs through Nokia 5800XM.
They situated in York St,Sydney.
Goodluck!! - Ailenejust got a missed call from that number literally 2 mins ago. After running a google search i saw this forum! So is it legit????

- Ailenehey thanks for that...interesting letter/case! Im still receiving calls from it & either ignore it or hang up! I hate market research/telemarketing calls!
- terryLike a lot of the posts above they call every night but when we answer they say nothing and just hang up,So I Googled the number and got this site. I am on the do not call register but they obviously don't care.
- Caller: your source
- IanColmar Brunton are now called Your Source. I have been registered with them for about 5 years to do paid market research. They are a pretty decent company and I honestly don't believe they would go around cold calling people!
Somehow your number would've ended up on their list, possibly by a friend who thought you would be interested in paid market research.
They call me a lot and I don't always answer as I don't want to do market research all the time, but I can safely say they wouldn't go around cold calling people.- Caller: Colmar Brunton
- Jason SewellIf you get a call from them, talk to them, they do paid market research. I once got paid $80 cash to drink beer (tasting, only about 2 glasses in total)for about an hour and a half then they gave me $20 for a cab home. I have done about 20 focus groups over the last 10 years all goow well paid in cash.
