They have been calling me for months.
Does anyone know who they are?

I have received calls from this number nearly every day for the last three or four weeks. Unfortunately due to my job it is not possible for me to answer the phone when they call, yet they refuse to leave a message.

When I call the number back there is a phone message from a company called 'to achieve' but I cannot locate any further details regarding them and am unable to leave a message of my own.

I am getting fed up!!

I think its from Amnesty International.. collecting donations

Yes, same here - I've been called twice from 'to evolve' - they wont leave a message, i cant leave a message and i am yet to speak to someone....

They have been calling me everyday for the past 3 weeks and leave no message. I keep missing the call as I am at work but when I do answer they will get an earful from me! Ridiculous!

its a charity for something... ... Iblacklist for iphone is fantastic... you need to jail break your phone...

I got calls from 0289852230 numerous times daily a few months back ...
I just answer it without saying a word ...so they get charged !!!
they took me off their list eventually ...:-)

Yes, I have been getting calls to my mobile from this company called 'Tour Vault',no msg ever left & they rang at 8.45pm last night! Not impressed.

yeah u guyz are right - its def a charity, i think perhaps starlight foundation as they're always hassling me! but yeah the message when u call back is "hi this is "to evolve" we will call u back shortly"

Got a call on mobile last night at 5.13pm, 11/05/10.
My Three sim card has been not used for 2 years now! I only used it last night because i lent my Optus sim card. So i don't think its a charity. Must be a scam with automatic dialling.

I've been called everyday for the past three weeks.  I miss the call because I am at work.  Just rang them back and got an answering machine thanking me for calling 'to evolve' and advising they will call me again soon.  They have now been added to the 'auto reject' list on my phone.

ahhh this number calls me everyday for the last 3 weeks but i miss them because im at work!! im fed up with them as they dont leave a message but considering the amount of people they have called im assuming its just a scam

Every week day at various times of the day I get atleast one missed call from this number. They do not leave a message and as someone else has mentioned, when you call the number back you get a voice message from (I can never understand the name) stating they are unable to answer the call at the time. I'm getting very annoyed at this number and am wondering if there is anything we can do to stop them. I too cannot get to my phone throughout the day so it's always missed calls. I have registered with donotcall.gov.au website but they still get through to my phone.

The number is from 2Evolve,
They're a company which NGOs outsource to for fundraising.
seems that companies like the Starlight Foundation, Amnesty International and others outsource to them for help in getting more donations for their company.

Please remove my number from you list immidiately as I do not wish to receive any more calls!!
