I have been receiving a number of calls from 02 8xxx xxxx numbers that all seem to be from telecoms vying for my business.  This number rang today but left no message.  The number does not come up in any internet search but when I called them back (from my work phone which will show as 'private'), it rang a few times then went to the disconnected signal.

So not sure who or why but is coming across as dodgy to me.

same , same! Seems like some kind of scam!

Same problem.  Second time it rang me I answered but it went to a recorded message "all our operators are busy"...but they called me!  Naturally I hung up.

I keep getting calls during the day and when i pick up no one answers. also when a friend calls them it just beeps.

Same thing here... so annoying, I got 9 missed calls in a row from the number!! When I've answered, I get that "operator" message - talk about a scam!!!

02-8986-3090 is All Phones

I have gotten a few calls from this number lately. But don't answer coz it looks dodgy.
Who is it?

The number (02) 89863090 keeps calling my phone because the plan has expired.  They won't say who they are and won't take no for an answer.  I am only interested in a getting a handset running Windows Phone 8 (WP8 Apollo), and that all current Windows Phone Models will never be upgraded to WP8.  But that is another issue.
