Try to call back it just keeps on hanging up

I have been getting the same call think it may be Optus trying to get some feedback are you with them

I get daily calls from this number and sometimes they use 02 9001 6300 or 02 9001 6201???

yeah got this today too. did not pick up

From memory it may be a third party calling to collect donations on behalf of the Red Cross

Receiving these calls over the last few days.  It could be Optus as my mobile plan is up for re-newal with Telstra...  somehow different providers gain access to each others databases...

Missed a call from this number.  Called back and got a voicemail saying that the call was from either St George, Bank SA or Bank of Melbourne, and to call my bank directly on their enquiry lines (and gave those numbers).  Only problem is, I don't bank with any of those banks.

Received several calls only they hang up - called the number back and it rings then disconnects so it's obviously a telemarker of some description!!!

Same here..... When I answered, they said they were from Westpac and wanted to confirm my details, I said Id call westpac and hung up.... I called and Westpac said it wasnt them...

I've had 4 calls tonight from 2 diffrent numbers I refuse to answer 02 9001 6200 & 02 9001 6300 driving me insane sick of telemarketers

This is St George Bank credit cards calling advising that your card is overlimit or non payment and requesting that you make a payment.

Its st george credit cards. they have called around 5000 times a day over the past week. i finally spoke to them last night and i was $37 short on my last credit card payment. Thirty. Seven. Dollars. But they just called again. I didn't answer. I think i hate them.

AH HA! I have a clue. Bear with me here. My credit card IS overdrawn But not by me so I had the bank block it while they investigated. Not those banks. Westpac. I'm on holiday. My phone was stolen. After a few tries I finally managed to get the idiots to change the number in the system so they could text me codes. For doing on line banking. They got it right yesterday. Today the calls start coming. 6200 and 6300. They called again as I type. I answered. Nobody was there. on 6300 is rings and answers but then goes blank. On 6200 I get those other banks message. I have had 9 calls in three hours. But nobody talks.
There are scams that get you to call. Then you get charges on your phone bill. The person you called gets money from the telco. I'm not saying that's it. But isn't it odd they only started when Westpac got my number right.

Got no credit card and they still call, but when answered they just hang up.

reverse psychology.......I just kept calling them about 30 times after all my Telstra account gives me unlimited calls!!!
