I received my second call from this number today. This time there was someone actually there! Told me they were a corporate partner of the Essendon Football Club, and that they wanted me to sign up to BomberBet. The reception on the call was awful, which made me question how legitimate it was... there was something a bit strange about it that's for sure.

they are a partner of the essendon fc they will try and sell you stupidly priced raffel tickets they wanted me to buy 15g worth of tickets . They bombard you with calls have had 20 missed calls from this organisation

Don't know about others, but I think this is pretty low from the Bombers. I was a member years ago, and still got a call from this guy called Simon.

I dont blame this company, but I do blame the Bombers - poor form.

Got a call from this number today and when I picked up I said "Hello".
The line got cut-off within 4 seconds of me picking up.

I have now received 3 calls from these people and stayed on the line while I listened to what sounded like a woman taking her children outside (in the background). I will forward this complaint onto the EFC and add my number to the do not call register.

I also tried calling back to receive a engaged signal!

Isnt google amazing, to see so quickly that other people are having the same issues.

Whatever sites come up when you research a dodgy machine number is laden with advertisements...that is all it is about I'd say - us seeing the adverts eg on this page.

As far as i know it is a Telstra initiated thing to get you to make calls and therefore increase revenue.  I have have dozens like it and imagine if 1 million people all make this 30 cent phone call for no purpose.

i'm a dees member and have had 5 or 6 missed calls from this number... also gets disconnected when calling back.

I'm also a Dees member and have had a call from this number each day this week. The call disconnects immediately when answered.

I, like Josh, am a Dees member and i've also received a call probably 1-2 times a week for quite some time from this number. Last couple of times it's been raffle ticket sales.

I've had about 20 calls from this number, some of which I have answered. I have yet to speak to anyone, there is just some background noise and nothing else. We need to find out who this is so we can get these idiots off the air.

Same crap, about 10 calls so far, am a roos member and live in FNQ so maybe these [***] do afl raffle promotions - dont know cos they wont talk to me or leave a message.
