Wrinkle freeze and may be various others. I spent half an hour on the phone explaining to this company that there is a problem with there system. If anyone else has problems when they call my advice to you is not to leave a call back number as when you call the 1300 number the number that calls back comes from an automated system that has recorded your number and then hangs up and this is the 0291915716 number. Apparently they are now aware after a scrupulous phone call from me that their system is failing. They are an Australian owned and operated company with Australian products so I have been told so that is good for Australian business, I have therefore given them copious amount of feedback telling them of the appearance of a mistake in their system mocking harrassment. I spoke to Vicki and she assures me my number has been taken off their system and further that the IT department at the company will be notified!

I am sick and tired of their calls and will escalate the matter to the telecommunication ombusman. I dont think they like taking NO for an answer. I will also report it to my telecommunications provider

I bought the product 'nude by nature; ( make up ) back on 29/4 and I paid for this by credit card, however they have just deducted another $130.48 from my credit card for nothing, just 'out of the blue'.
I typed the name '' health and beauty Ultimo Australia' into Google and come across 'Who Calls Me'.
I am currently getting this investigated with the credit card company as, obviously, I want my money back + interest.
I am looking for a number to call them from New Zealand as the 1300 857 518 doesn't work from here.
I rang the number 0061 2 9191 5716 and got the Wrinkle Venom people and as you said they put you on hold for so long just so you have to give them your number for a call back.
Do you know how I can call those numbers for Jackie and Vicki from New Zealand as I cant find any NZ based numbers either.

Britanny - goji.i have now had to call's from this number, it started 3 day's ago, i answer they wait then hang up. it piss's me off in a MAJOR way. my mobile number is private. i don't give it out. i don't ring people and hang up on them it's rude, and plain ANNOYING. worst of all they ring when my family is eating dinner. some people need to get a life. there is no reason for them to ring me. next time i'm not answering the phone, THEY CAN GO GET $##@%^*.

I had bought the wrinkle cream earlier in the year and when the girl on the phone said that they would send replenishment packages every three months I told her that would not be necessary and that I would inform them when and if I wanted to re-order. At the time of purchase it was a try before you buy offer, I was told that if I paid for all three up front then I would save and also get the special price of $109.90 each time I re-ordered. Funny how they took out $129.95 and also tried 3 other times to take money from my account (luckily I got onto my bank quick enough to inform them to decline requests from this company Hi Life Health and Beauty). I called Jackie and asked firstly why they took out money from my account, she informed me that it was a replenishment order, I told her I did not authorise and that I had told the girl that I didn't want to receive every three months etc. I then told Jackie that no product had been received and that when it does come that I would be sending back. Jackie told me that the product can not be sent back as it is part of a plan. A PLAN!!! What plan??? I think this is a big warning to everyone considering to try their products - I have to say that the wrinkle venom that I was sent did not have the recognised label and did not do any of what it said it would. Which leads me to think that it is not a genuine product. Anyway Jackie has said that she will listen to my recorded conversation and get back to me. I have asked for that to be sent to me as well. I am determined to get my money back and I am going to persue this to the fullest to stop others from being ripped off.

I have no product but they have my money. I think that an exposure show on A Current Affair is required!! I am sure that people wouldn't realise how many products come under this company.
