This person has tried to call me twice! I'm glad i googled the number, im surprised by the amount of ppl who the random caller has attempted to contact!
Is every1 on vodafone (pay as you go)?

Got missed call from this number....but i didn't answer as my mobile was in silent mode so i google it...and now i know what is it...luckily didnt pick up...

They phone me a few times a week - never answered it -

just got a call from this number DO NOT ANSWER!!!! they are scam artists looking for personal details! I work for a bank and we have had warnings about them!!

had a call two days in a row. how do i block the number from my phone?

im poppin in to the vodafone shop tomorrow to have a word with the people there. if i find out that they can do anything, ill post it up here

They have called me now three days in a row, missed each call as phone is on silent, one just before 5pm, one shortly after 5pm, and one in the morning.

I am Vodafone, but contract, not pay as you go.

This number has rung me every day 4 the past 3 days, but i have missed the call each time! i too am on vodafone pay as you go

Hah. I thought this call might be from some obscure recruitment agency I've been dealing with and figured google wouldn't throw up anything and luckily this is the top result.

Just got a call from this number. A man said ' hi i'm calling from £^%&$^ (I wish I had heard the name properly) I understand you are a pay as you go customer'. I asked them if they were with vodafone, he said that they were an independent company, so I simply said I'm happy with the service from my current provider.He apologised for my wating my time (sarcasm) and hung up.

got the call 5 minutes ago from a welsh lady who said good morning, so i said good afternoon, she laughed and apologised then asked me if i was on pay as you go-i said yes so she asked me how much a month i spent on top ups to which i told her that i wasnt going to answer any more questions. she said even if its going to be benifitial to you, and i said no.Who are they i didn't quite hear the company name.

I recieved a call from a "network advisor" called Leroy regarding my contract phone, he was very good at sales and got me a better deal so i gave all my details over after researching the company by logging on to www.3mobiledirect.com and it gave me the confidence to do this as they are a legitimate company. so all of the above are very very wrong!!!!!

popped into vodafone. they said it was not possible to block the number. you can either a)put your number on the telephone preferencing list or something, or b)tell the company that you would like to remove your number from the database or c)drink some coffee. i asked whether it was possible for the welsh people to reverse charge you, the vodafone person said it was something she had never heard of being done before. hope this helps.

I got a call from these people today, I managed to get from them that they randomly generate Mobile numbers that are in line with the Vodafone PAYG prefix, then call them and try and get you to take out a contract with them.  I'm now gonna call my network and see if they tried reversing the charges.

Hi i am a vodafone pay as you go customer missed a call last night and first thing this morning from this number and i was going to call it back, so glad i decided to google it first im going to ignore any further calls and i would advise everyone else to, sounds to dodgy!!!

This number called me today. There was silence for a moment before some loudmouth blared down the phone wanting to know about my mobile. I hung up at that point.

i too got a call from this number but i didnt answer cause there numba is not in my phone so therfore  i dont know them so a lesson to all concerned DONT ANSWER THIS NUMBER AS ITS A GENUINE CALLER SCAM THAT WILL COST YOU DEARLY
