Just had a call from them myself, didn't answer as I don't know anyone in Wales to call me!

Nice to know my paranoia was justified.

Got called by this number last week and i missed the call as i was at school i didn't ring back as i didn't recognise the number. Had a text from the number today disguised as a service message with a website link inside. I did not click it because again i did not recognise the number. I had another call this afternoon which i answered to see who the hell kept on ringing me, all i could hear was background noise and nothing else. So i immediatly hung up. Whoever does this scam needs shooting because it is extremely irritating and another anomaly is that i am on Vodafone which seems to be different to the other complaints on this forum.

Just missed the call so rang it back (stupidly) Got cut off after about 2 seconds, typed the number into google and found this site...

Had a call from this number (missed call)at 17:19 yesterday. As I am actually in Cardiff, I thought it was legitimately someone I knew, but glad I checked on google before calling them back.

i was just called by this number, i didnt answer it but got excited as i thought it may be a secret admirer calling me on valentines day :( I googled the number and alas i know the truth!

Call received today- sounded legit but got concerned when they asked for my cerdit card details.  Said that they were the main sponsors for Cardiff City Football Club (so must be legit???)  Having put their number on the web anmd found this site- obviously not!!!  BEWARE!!

Got call from this number today. Answered it but just silence at the other end, so hung up immediately.

Have received 2 calls from this number today, 1 this morning and another this afternoon, neither time did I answer as was at work but from what it says here I'm glad I didn't.

I had a call this morning and this afternoon, was at work so couldn't answer. Now I've found all this information I won't be answering at all. Hope they don't call through the night.

I had a call at 12:19 PM today whilst I was at work so didn't answer it. Instead I sent it to voicemail.

I now have a 10 second long voicemail of people talking in the background. Wasn't sure if this was a house or an office as it was quite quiet.

I got call from this no, Lucky me too did nt pick was busy.

Received a call when was on lab, some guy was saying "Aleee" and "Hello" all the time :PP

Received two calls-one in the morning and then one in the afternoon. Rang it back and it went to computerised message saying "thank you for calling, your calls are important to us. We are currently experiencing high call volumes (??) ". Sounded official to me, thought it was vodafone or something.

Called by this number, know I shouldnt have answered, woman on end of line quite abrupt, i told her i didnt want to speak to her and put the phone down.

This person called me today but as i left my phone at home i got the missed call.
I thought it might be from some buisness or whatever so i looked it up on here and found this site.

Got a call from these people, but when they started asking for a credit card number I got suspicious and hung up.  This stinks! I had to ask lots of times for who they were and eventually they said Communications Direct.

Got a call today but did'nt answer it as number looked sus

Yeh i also had a miss call from this num the other day and again today

I answered a call from this number the other day. Didn't catch the guys name but the company was "Communications Direct" or something -  he asked how much I spend on my Pay As You Go phone each month.

I said "I don't have a Pay As You Go phone".

So he asked me "how long do you have left on your current contract?" I said "I don't know" (honestly, I didn't!) and things pretty much ended there.
