Dear Sir/Madam,
Thank you for your email.
First of all, please accept my sincere apologies for any unwanted calls you may have received from us. I have arranged for the number to be removed straight away so that you receive no further calls from us. Please note, this can take up to 24 hours to fully process.
This will stop calls from us but other companies with similar offers may still contact you. To stop receiving such calls you can register your mobile number with the Telephone Preference Service (TPS). This helps to make sure your telephone number is no longer available to organisations who may telephone with offers and information you do not wish to receive. It’s free to register and all you need to do is call them on 0845 070 0707, or visit their website
www.tpsonline.org.uk.
All mobile telephone number prefixes, including Pay-as-you-go customers are in the public domain and can be downloaded from the OFCOM website. This data provides the 6 digit prefix, the network and the date on which OFCOM allocated the prefix to the network. The remaining digits are then generated by an automated dialing system. No personal information is given out by the OFCOM website. This data can be used for telemarketing purposes except where a number has been TPS registered. I can also confirm we hold no information regarding the people we call, accept for their mobile number.
I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us on 0870 011 6871, or email us at correspondence@commsdirect.eu
