Claimed to be Telstra, said I had an outstanding bill.. only ever been with Optus, hung up

Claimed he was from telstra. Wanted me to tell him my name, date of birth and address. That was all

I just recently had NBN connected. Days later someone from NSW (02)92132700 called me I said hello? And the fool kept saying hello 3 times. I hang up. The person called and left a message with a broken English  (Indian called voice) claiming his from Telstra.. to call back from Monday to Friday.. but his quick message voice didn't sound too professional.. specially with a broken English. Who knows who the scammer is. and perhaps there is a i indian scammer inside Telstra headquarters... Or who knows to be honest. I sure wouldn't call back. I'm in Qld and the caller came from NSW . Please be aware of unprofessional indian scammers with broken English.

Called me a few weeks after my NBN was connected at the office.  Claimed to be from Telstra.  Wanted my company name and date of birth.  Told them no. She wouldn't tell me what the call was about because I would not identify myself.

"Savio" (Indian accent) saying from Telstra, how was my NBN going.  ?Any problems.  He asked me for my date of birth and I said " you're calling me, you tell me what my DOB is".....which he did tell me, and it was correct!  He also gave me a reference number for our conversation INT 1-1 414400363143.  I didn't go any further.  Have now blocked the phone number.

Phoned claimed they were from Telstra, had my name and then asked me to confirm my Date of Birth.  I told her I am not stupid enough to fall for that [***].

Suspect Spear Phishing attempt from 02-9213-2700
Call received at 7:55pm, boiler-room call (I could over many-other voices in the back-ground),
Wanting to check my address, claiming that my bill letters were being returned marked,
'return to sender', I have been getting my regular snail-mail bill per normal,
they asked for my DOB, I laughed, and told them to send me a letter to confirm my address!
If 02-9213-2700 is a valid Telstra number, I suspect the caller ID is spoofed!

Called from Telstra NBN wanted to organise NBN connection and then wanted my DOB. I've already got NBN with another provider, so told him to go scam someone else

Number called and left a message “about my NBN order”. Have a number which was not my order reference number. Heavy Indian accent, likely a scam
