Missed call on phone - dialed back Sydney (Australia) number: 02-9352-3152. Recorded message that company is called PINPOINT MARKETING - message said if you had "a missed call from us" they were doing a bank survey and "would be calling back in a few days."

Just received a call from this number - when I answered it they hung up.

I have had calls previously saying that they are phoning regarding some paperwork that I had received recently from Westpac.

I said  that I haven't received anything from Westpac, so they said they would contact me again in a couple of weeks.

I believe it might be a scam to get personal details - whatever you do - DON'T give them anything!

Ask THEM for their date of birth, address and inside-leg measurement instead and see how they respond!

I received another call from this number again today and told him not to bother calling me again.  I then called my local Westpac branch in WA.

The bank branch informed me that Westpac do their own marketing and would not disclose any personal details to a third party.

So, whatever you do, do not have anything to do with PINPOINT.

Come to think of it - HOW DID THEY GET HOLD OF MY MOBILE PHONE NUMBER IN THE FIRST PLACE?  Not from Westpac !!

I had in the las 4 days 4 calls from this number. Every time I answered, they hang up. I did not bother to call back because I am overseas. It is only irritating that the calls  happen in the middle of the night.

I have had numerous calls from this number over the past three months, I never answer and they never leave a message!  Will NOT be calling them back.

This number 02-9352 3152 keeps calling me.  I have had at least 6 calls from this number today.  I do not answer them.  They tried 5 days ago, too.

I also received several calls from this number (0293523152) as well. It turns out to be some Westpac life insurance paperwork/info as David (comment from before) pointed out. It looks like they are trying to part away with your money.

So pissed off, even Optus can't block a number for me which is pretty pathetic -_-. If you can block numbers from your phone then that's a plus. I might get a new phone myself.

btw, I may have suspected that it has got something to do with the term deposits I have with Westpac so that's where they got my name and number?

I too got one of those calls today and they did hang up....wonder what is the point they are trying to make??

I've had loads of calls from this number followed by them hanging up - is this legal?

I am also getting a call from this number anytime btw 9am-6pm. So annoying.
If you are silent, the machine (they) will be the same, but once you speak (hello?), the machine will hang up on you. I dont see why they doing this to me.

I got a call while driving once. My blutooth answered it automatically, so I didnt get to see the number. But now I think it was the same number we are talking about. I remember the guy mention 'Westpac'. He hung up as I said I dont have any account with Westpak. But they bloody stil calling me every single day for 1month. How do I stop this, and where do i report this

I also received several calls from this number. they said they are from health organisation blahblah
and asked me if I received a mail from them. I didn't know what the heck's going on and I just hung up
the phone. it's just fishing PINPOINT!

Have had about 15 calls from this number over the last 2 weeks! Relieved to hear other stories, gets a bit worrying.......not to mention really irritating

Got a call from this number today, said "see ya later" and hung up after I told them I didn't know about the form they said they'd sent to me.

I'm guessing they hang up so they don't I've to pay for the call and you unsuspecting individuals call them back and they don't have to pay. It so bloody annoying- it's like a prank call!!!

had a call form this number asking for a mr chu lim  next time i might ring back and ask for a mr Kerr first name van!  i get about 5 calls week form this number its so annoying i am going to start blowing a whistle down the phone to see how they like it

Tried calling their office - Pinpoint Pty. Ltd.- pinpoint.benefits.com.au - 100 - 104 Reynolds Street, Balmain - (02) 9352 3888 but funnily enough they didnt answer!

Calling me everyday - 3/5 times a day which is an absolute intrusion.

my story is the same as everyone elses but how do i get them to stop...

I have received two calls from this number in the past two days... if its a scam and linked with westpac... i am a bit worried because i am a westpac client...
