Baycorp Debt Collection - they keep calling and calling - they won't seem to listen that I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE PERSON IS THEY ARE ASKING FOR!!  Next stop - the ombudsman.  This is ridiculous.

They are based in Parramatta NSW

These people are horrible human beings that constantly call. They just cannot be told that I have no idea who the bloody hell they are asking for. STOP CALLING THE WRONG PEOPLE & GET A LIFE

Once more you people keep calling me on Saturday mornings...I have no idea why, but if you persist I will take it further when I tried to call the number you leave me on hold!!...please do not call again. PO!!!

I have had phone calls from these people for the past 3 years. I can only presume that they are trying to reach the person who had my phone number before me (which I've had for 3 years now) but as you say, they are persistent. I've looked into who to contact and if you look on the ACCC website there is info on debt collectors and their responsibilities. I tried calling the ACCC yesterday to make a complaint however, they have are overloaded with calls at present and could not take anymore. I think it's due to end of financial year.

Hi, did you contact the ombudsman? I'd love to hear how you went as I'm at the point of taking some action against this company too. Thanks.
