I started receiving calls from 0299471045 on 29/1/13. No MSG left. Tried calling the number back but I can't understand the "name" on the automated voice response. Does  not allow you to leave a msg. 3 missed calls received in the last week.

Its a company called 2involve or something similar.
They are a telemarketing company who contract to Cancer Council amongst others.
I am getting a missed call every couple of days from them.
I googled them and found an office number for them, but when I called them they said that they wouldn't take me off any of their lists unless I provided them with a LARGE amount of person info (Full name, DOB, address etc). I gave them my first name and mobile number and asked them to remove me - as if I'm going to provide a company like that with my personal info, LOL.
Anyway, 2 weeks and several more missed calls later, it hasn't worked.
I'm on the Do Not Call register, so I'm thinking of lodging a complaint through the AMCA.

I have had 5 missed calls from this number in the last few weeks, they never leave a message so I figure it can't be important. Wish they would stop ringing though, very irritating.

Have rejected calls from this number. Unfortunately if they are connected to a charity they are free to call whomever they please...

Its the cancer council they give a speil about breakthroughs in luekemia reasearch then put their hand out, I asked if they had called Julia Gillard for a donation, I said when that [***], that theives off me everyday with her carbon tax, makes a donation I'll think about making one myself !

I've had 5 missed calls from this number since 6th March. I've averaging a couple of calls a week. They always call in the middle of the day when I'm busy at work so I constantly miss the calls. When I try to call back, it is very difficult to understand the name of the organization calling. From the messages posted by others here it sounds like they're called 2involve which seems to match the muffled voice on the message. I wish they would stop calling. It's driving me crazy. At least now I've got an idea of who it is and I have saved the number in my phone so I know not to answer when they call.

Have received 5 missed calls from them this week.  They do not leave a message.   Very annoying.  I just ignore them now but wish they would stop.  Thanks for the info about emailing them to remove my details.  Will try that.
