BEWARE for this number (1) 03-20267949 and (2) 03-27727300 !!!! the scammer using 03-20267949 to call u and saying that got any problem can call back this tel number, when call time it will turn to Fax. and another no. 03-27727300 oso from the scammer they mention that this tel number is Bank Negara Malaysia......

scammer kelvin (chinese) 03-20267949 telling me that I have a Aeon master gold card which already being used up the card limit of 10k at sentosa singapore and did not make any payment, and he ask me to call 03-27727300 bank negara malaysia to verify.

Got the same call. Beware all! Don't fall into the trap!

pukul 12.30 pm tadi terima panggilan dari seorang wanita memperkenalkan diri sebagai Helen dari Credit Control Dept. AEON Bank (03-20267949). Dia nak mengesahkan sebab katanya saya ada mohon credit limit untuk kredit kad (5460-7500-4989-1xxx) dinaikkan. Saya kata saya tak pernah apply kredit kad aeon. Dgn simpati dia kata ada orang guna kad tu di kasino Pulau sentosa resort.. kasino???... mak aiii aku passport pun tak ada.. singapora pun tak penah jejak.. Dia bagi no. telefon 03-27727300 (pusat pengurusan kad kredit palsu BNM) dan nasihat supaya buat aduan kat situ.. Check dgn aeon credit.. customer service kata no. telefon helen ni tak wujud dan no. kad kredit juga tak ada dlm senarai mereka.. Call pusat pengurusan kad kredit palsu.. Ada sorang lelaki, Jeffrey yang jawab.. cara jawab macam sangat sangat berhemah.. tapi bila kita tanya ' ini betul ke BNM. dia marah marah kata saya sengaja buat panggilan palsu.. mak aaaaiiii kita pulak yang kena marah.. hamlau...bila saya kata saya akan buat laporan polis.. lagi dia hangin satu badan.. kata saya main mainkan dia pulak..

so berhati hati semua...

Just received this crazy call. Claiming that my application to increased AEON credit limit was rejected. Informed me that my credit card was used in Sentosa Singapore.ever applied the card before. So lucky read this page, quite panic before. Got some clues as i tried to call the number given claimed to be Bank negara was enggaged. Be careful all.

Saya pun telah menerima panggilan dari Kelvin 03-20267949 ext 1308 lebih kurang pukul 1 tengahari tadi, kes lebih kurang sama kes-kes yang dilaporkan. No Tel. Bank Negara yang di beri 03-27727314

Just today i received a call from this number asking me to pay rm9k++ for my AEON credit card. Told this malay dude that I've never even step foot into this bank before & I don't have the credit card from this bank. He verified my name, but missed out my last chinese name. & stated that my address is in Kelantan. I told him it's not my business & i won't be so stupid to pay for something i've not used. he raised his voice insisting i owe them,i defended myself & he hung up on me. Be careful people.

Saya pun telah menerima panggilan dari  Aeon Bank (Jason 03-20267949 ext 192). Dia cakap same tentang "mich' yang di atas. Dia bagi number tel usat Kawalan Kreadi Card (03-2772 7314) suruh saya lapor hal ini. Saya betul-betul bodoh telefon ke sana, call service mereka macam ada setting yang boleh pilihan bahasa punyah.
Seorang bernama "Mr Lau (ext 253)" menjawab telefon saya juga bagi Report No: (PPKP6755812/01). "Mr Lau"beritau meraka akan perlu ambil 3 hari check hal ini & jangan masuk atau keluaran wang yang dalam bank saya. Dia kata nak tolong saya blockkan account-account bank yang saya telah ada nak minda nombor creadit card & ATM card saya. Dia juga beritahu lepas akan ada seorang Pekawalan Bank Negara akan telefon kepada saya utk ajar saya tukar number series di belakang creadit card & ATM card (in Black Bar).
Tetapi saya juga telefon kepada Aeon Bank (Check dari Internet) mereka pasti tidak ada (Jason 03-20267949 ext 192) orang itu di Aeon Bank. "Pekawalan Bank Negara" palsu juga ada telefon saya tetapi saya biarkan & gaduh dengan dia saja.
Lepas tu, saya cepat batalkan creadit card saya & ATM card saya.

Aku juga terima call dari no ni pada 24/7/2011 jam 5.30 ptg. Kelvin (03-20267949 ext 1308) dari Aeon Credit Service. Katanya aku ada tunggakan kad kredit Aeon Master Gold Card (5460 7500 1868 ****) sebanyak RM9350.00. Transaksi di Sentosa Singapore pada 3/6/2011. Terus aku tinggikan suara kata xpernah apply dan xpernah pergi singapore pun (passport pun xada). Dia siap verify nama aku + no kad pengenalan aku (betul maklumat yg dia ada). Dia kata aku mohon kad kredit aeon pada 5/5/2011 dan tarikh lulus 30/5/2011 di Aeon Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Tambahnya alamat aku No. 430, Lorong 3, Taman Cempaka, 15400 Kota Bharu, Kelantan. Dah berapa tahun aku xjejak Kelantan. Kelvin ni suruh aku buat report aduan kat Pusat Pengurusan Kad Palsu BNM (03-27727314).

Kaedah scammer ni nmpk mcm benar. Aku panik la jugak. Tp aku xtergesa-gesa call no yg diberikan sebaliknya terus buka komputer + connect internet. Aku buat searching dalam google "Bank Negara Malaysia" untuk pastikan BNM ada x no pusat panggilan tersebut. Sah mmg tiada. Seterusnya aku searching "Pusat Panggilan Kad Palsu BNM" dan terus jumpa link ni (https://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/0320267949). Sah byk yg dpt panggilan daripada scammer ni.

Oleh itu, aku nk nasihatkan kepada yg lain agar berhati-hati jika menerima panggilan yang sebegini. Mcm2 taktik yg digunakan untuk tujuan penipuan. Jgn mudah terpedaya dan panik. Rujuk kepada pihak yg berkenaan dahulu. Dlm kes ni sebaik-baiknya rujuk kepada Aeon Credit Service + BNM.

Just received the call from them today at 338pm.  He used the name of Tan Kok Yong.  Same modus operandi ..just the credit card number is different but same date of transaction.  The most believable part is that I've also made a legitimate booking of universal studio singapore tickets from resort world website on the same day 3rd June 2011!!! the exact date he claimed this fraudster used the card to buy something of RM9760 value. I was really gonna fall thru this scam...luckily googled around and found this website ... now i know for sure its a scam ...I cant wait for tomorrow for this [***] to call me again and i want to play around with him then.

Saya pun kena macam Min, alhamdulillah tak cal nombor yg diberi. sempat buka intenet n cari maklumat.
yang risau camna depa dapat maklumat pribadi saya.....tak ada sapa nak ambil tindakan ?

i already lodged a police report regarding this scam at alor setar police station today (28/07/11). after that the scammer keep calling me and threatened to get revenge, burn my house etc.. now the case has move from credit card fraud to Seksyen 506 Kanun Keseksaan.

in fact i'm looking forward to see them in front of my house..they will get paid instantly

I'd like to urge who have been contacted by this number 0320267949 to lodge a police report so that the authority will take action against them. by doing this we save a lot of people and the love one of being conned by this scammer. having lot of police report against the scam, it will show to the authority how serious this matter and will expedite action against them.

I PUN BARU KENA TADI mula2 dapat call dr 0320267946 pastu i kata i x de cad tu dia pun suruh call pusat aduan bank negara .i call memang cam org bank laa... dia amik semua detail i i yg dah gelabah ni kasi laaa ....yg buat x berapa pecaya ni bila tanya nak kena report polis kee dia kata x perlu coz dah report kat bank negara . l call aeon disemua org kata i dah kena tipu laaaa ramai dah kena aeon tgh buat sisatan sekarang ni . i dah  block cad......kasi susah org jeee

mangkuk ni (Mr Wong) tepon aku tadi, kelam kabut aku di buatnya...nasib baik aku check kat EON Bank dulu, pastu guna mainline untuk try tepon balik..x dapat..aku dah suspek dah..pastu terus aku check internet..no baru  03-27727241 kot..x tepon pon..fu**ing scammer..
