03-21673833, it's a pre-recorded voice with slight Chinese accent and asked you to dial to operator to confirm outstanding Ambank credit card charges, I just hang up the phone directly because I don't have an Ambank account. By proceeding further you will have chances to compromise your personal details.

Pre-recorded lady's voice with Chinese accent saying that I have unpaid credit card balance of RM3k++ with Ambank. Hung up as I don't have any Ambank credit cards.

I got the same call yesterday and today with Pending transaction of RM3800.. I don't have any AmBank credit card. I spoke to the operator.. i asked "Are you AmBank Card Center or a Fraud Center?". He got pissed and asked me to go to branch to check.

Got a call from this number a few times. again today! saying i owe ambank RM3864. It is a scam.. beware.

This is cheat call. They have been doing this quite some times d. My husband received this call also a month ago.

Just got a call from this same number (03-21673833) about half an hour ago as well. on the voice message, pre-recorded voice of a chinese lady with thick chinese accent. Reviews from others is convincing me to think that the callers are probably scammers.

Just got a call form the exact same number. even the outstanding balance is the same RM38xx. Hung up immediately.

I, too received call from this number. Pre-recorded lady's voice saying I have an "outstanding transaction of RM3,824 with AmBank, etc....".  After a while, this message was repeated but I just let speak till finished & end the call.  BEWARE of such call & DO NOT press any number.

Me too received this call twice today. Again is Ambank call centre. The voice recorded message said I've used RM3800++ and requested to confirm the usage by pressing "1", ...and I hung up...

Same here, saying that I have outstanding transaction of 3 thousand plus with AmBank.
Called 2 times from yesterday and today.
Do not have any account in AmBank then wondering......
Leave it there for few seconds then hung up.

same thing happened with this number, definitely a scam. Please avioid.

Voice mail in English. Press 9 for ....   Surprise as I don not have Ambank account. I think Bukit Aman should check the owner of this number.

got this call just a few minutes ago. since i'm not Ambank customer so i just hang up. actually my 2nd time, after few months ago. bare in mind, those calls are scam. bank wont leave operator machine to talk with customer especially when it comes to payment :P

Rcvd the call frm 03 2167 3833 said i did transaction on ambank cc for rm3800. then voice activated whom is chinese women req to type 2 if didnt make any purchase. Spoke to a chinese guy alvin n he said personal indentity stolen hence call BNM. no is 03 2788 4658. did tht and another chinese guy spoke n ask for bank details. This is when i got suspected cos he cnt speak english despite i type 2 for english. I hang up... this S.O.B need to be stoned for con people. Pls dont give any detail n make sure u used the best words in vulgar book to scold those useless cows! The chinese i mention could be wrong, so pls pardon me if it wasnt chinese. No racial picking here.

Just got it a feq minutea ago. Same situation rm 3800 bank. Chinese woman voice. Can we just locate their location and arrest them?

just got the exact same call as described above, they managed to get my name and IC number, what can they do with only name and ic number?

just got the call from the same number. luckily i didn't pick up. i wonder why the police didn't take action towards it and they get our phone number. can we sue them?

Same here. I just received a call 5 mins ago from this number 03-21673833 with a recorded message by a lady with heavy chinese accent saying I made a 3k+ transaction via my Ambank account. I hung up since I do not have an Ambank account. Must be a scam. Wonder if there are any authorities we can report this to.
