this is a company that collect credit card debt especially for maybank or rhb.
the caller use many names, like ani, ali, abu (yes, any easy name start with a!),wahab.. because when they call, they mention wahab, but when u call back, there is no wahab name.
worst thing is when they called your office, and you are not around, and they force you friend to give your hp number claiming this and that, like court case lah, hutang for 1 year tak bayar lah, which is all not true!! only maybank credit card not pay for 3 conseq mth only!!!!
i thought all the debt should be PnC.. somemore when u ask where are u calling me from? they answer "maybank KL!"

I also received this call this morning. The best thing is that they are looking for my relatives in which I am using his satellite TV account with my phone numbers. Thus I believed they pay money to retrieve  phone numbers of their debtors.

Where can we lodge an official complaint?

I found that it's a debt recovery company in Jln Syed putra whose nama  is P&A Smart Solution ( cehhh smart la sangat)...so i think you might have hutang la nihhh

another number is 016-2442338

I also receive this number [***] him why my register from Digi or Maxis he also can get?Maybe digi or maxis sell the customer profile.

baru je tadi no ni 0322647999 call aku nak kutip hutang kad kredit BSN.
siap2 ugut2 lagi.. macam bagus sangat.

padahal hutang kad kredit BSN ni aku dah settle 2 bulan lepas.
ketinggalan zaman ke apa ni company syial P&A smart solution.
kalau cakap dlm phone kata dari BSN kuala lumpur konon.
kepala hotak dia lah, ingat aku tak tau dia dari debt colector.

mcm sial la dorg ni..aku baru pas kene dengan satu no ni 0341425258..sesapa tau tak ni no mana?betina sundal nama baizura kata dari maybank dok kol aku siap ugut2 nak dtg umah gegar.ada sesapa tau tak ni kompani mana?

got a call from this number to today. asking for a due bill from OCBC - Credit Card. lucky me, i never had one! but whats really make me surprise was, how the hell does these people get my details? etc.. ic number, full name, address & hp number????

~ 03-22647999 ~ SCAM CALL mengatakan kita ada hutang tertunggak dgn mana2 bank (credit card, loan etc) meminta kita melunaskan pembayaran dengan seberapa segera. Jgn terkejut jika mereka mempunyai details peribadi kita secara terperinci. Harap sebarkan. TQ

got a call from this number again! this is the 3rd time for this month. saying that i have an outstanding bill amounted RM32k with ocbc bank!!! after dealing and negotiated (which i pretended most) they offering me a special amount where they said it will let me 'go' from being a bankruptcy status. from RM32k & reduced to RM18k to be pay inside an account. [***]!!!! this is really annoying.. also received a SMS from this hp number, regarding the same issues - 0147113084

please be informed that this company also can get your details from maxis. i think someone inside maxis help them to check your IC number and what hp number u use.

really annoying ... they will call you numerous times for a day..sometimes until 20 times..

i believe is Celcom, Maxis and Digi customer service is selling our details to them with a fee..

how they can get our new handphone number ??

I think some party had beend selling those debtor's particulars / details. They even know the very details of the tiny minie things.

Suspected the bank itself had revealed all particulars to the third party debt collectors and this third party also in linked with other sources like telcos.

Quite confusing how they know my secret prepaid number that I use only to call my scandals.

Modus Operandi Syarikat Ini:

1. Telefon sesiapa kata ada hutang kad kredit tertunggak sama ada BSN, RHB, Maybank dll.
2. Tanya boleh bayar atau tidak. Kerana gabra kata tak boleh, syarikat "bangsat" ini berjanji akan mengurusan bayaran bulan secara ansuran melalui akaun yang diberinya. Kita akan terperangkap dengan pinjaman yang diaturkan oleh mereka. Pastikan jangan layan panggilan dari nombor 0322647999. Kalau betul kita berhutang kad kredit, surat atau penyata akan dihantar secara rasmi kepada kita bukannya melalui panggilan telefon.

*Tapi sekiranya kita tidak ada akaun kad kredit tersebut seelok laporkan aduan ke pihak polis untuk keselamatan. Jia kita menggunakan kad kredit sekalipun kita boleh dapatkan penyata dari bank kad kredit kita.

MOTIF UTAMA SYARIKAT INI ADALAH UNTUK MENIPU ORANG YANG TIDAK BERFIKIR PANJANG

macam macam...jgn percaya sangat..semua tu penipu jerr..apa2 better call jer Bank ..abis citer..

MAMANG BUDUH 0322647999... never connect with bank ... they use old data .. and ask for payment ... even call to all your relatives .... Ah Long ... berlesen .. stupid

Salam kpd tuan/puan.Di sini saya ingin memaklumkn bhwa saya adalah salah seorang ex pekerja di salah sebuah collection agency.Comment yg diberikn oleh sesetengh phk adalah tdk bnr.Kalau da hutang tuuuuuuuuuuuuuu byr jelh jgn nk menyushkn dia org.Memang dia org akn call selagi u guys x byr hutangggggggggggggg.Hutng mesti di byr dgn duit.Msa sweppppppppp x ingt ke????????????
