They are not professional, lack of knowledge/information and rude. besides that its not logic at all when they  explained their won process. Becareful with this people, i have check with my friends lawyer there isnt such things as Jabatan Pendaftaran Saman.

I have received a call from 03-2273-2325 and 012 329 1377 his name sha it seems. After that another man call gurden it seems he his a lawyer. They threatening want to TAMPAL NOTICE IN MY HOUSE AND WANT TO FREEZE MY BANK ACCOUNTS. i told them that address was my parents address you should go there and make them scared. that [***] said we don't care.  Just bankin money before 11pm today 5k then bankin another 5k next week. hum i dont know what to do. How come Maybank can do this!! this is not professional at all

I also received this 0322732325 call. A guy named Encik Harun said he is from mahkahmah Jalan Duta. Same thing he said if i wont make any payment they will FREEZE my account some more will summit warrant to immigration that not allow me to leave the state and country. If I failed to make payment by the time they will come to my house to notice everything in my house will be lelong. I told them this not my house but they said this is according the agreement of the credit card. Bukan main main

I pon dapat call dr diaorg..pasal kad kredit..diaorg suruh byr 3500 dlm masa 3 ari..i mintak postpone bln 12..tp xleh terima..bank hsbc pon phm..xda desak2 mcm ni..so mcm mana perlu bt..ada sape2 bleh tolong..byr mcm biasa bln2 atau  ognore je call diaorg

This time say from xxxxx lawyer co.Very rude siap mentioned i know where you stay and bagi address to scare me they will confiscate all. Bila ask what it is all about cannot give full details. Anyone out there, who can advise what can we do if keep getting this rude caller.

yes call my ex office mates now saying they R from Prudential, need to urgently contact me as iv applied a card n gonna expire in 2 days. now keep calling from another number : 0378730999 . say hes name is en Johari (22732325) . what liars..

can i know this is debt collector which known as 'along' or any agency that maybank ask them to collect the credit card debt?

u all go and pay ur debts first guys... then no need to face this problems... nwdays law firm also using this kind of skils...

this is from my experience. kalau ada masalah dgn pembayaran kad kredit maybank (tunggak/block/blacklist) terus pergi ke cawangan maybank yang terdekat and ask for advices. Sebenarnya masih boleh settle dgn restructure semula pebayaran bulanan bergantung kepada kemampuan peminjam dan budibicara pihak bank. Kalau guna cara call hotline, kita akan di "passed" kepada org itu org ini until finally u go to the debt collector. org2 debt collector ni mmg rude, very rude and ugutan mereka blh buat kita tak tidur malam. So what i can share is just go to the nearest maybank branch and minta buat restructure semula. at least they knw your intention to actually bayar balik. tapi jgn la tggu smpai bertahun-tahun..by the way i got one from 0322732325. very rude.
