Don't think they are lawyers.. They are debt collecting agent.. Wonder if we could them for revealing customer's info to a 3rd party although they are appointed by the debtor.. Never have such case in Malaysian court.. Anybody have the guts to try?? So far in Malaysian court, the judges will always be on the clients side.. Most judgements are on debtor's side coz client does not appear on the judgement date.. That's Y debtors tot they are king..

Yeah they all so RUDE!! and tell the 3rd parties bout ppl debt.....

punya lah goyang aku pn nak g byr..sblm nak bayar aku singgah kat courts nak semak baki kat courts tinggal RM300 jer  bukan RM600++..punyalah bengang aku call balik kul 8.00 mlm..aik ader org jawab pas2 aku tanya "HJ KAMARUDIN".aku igt nak maki jer dia..dia bley maki aku balik..sial pnya company..dah suruh masuk duit pakai wang pos .....bodoh pnya anak hanjing..

Euro Prestasi & Partners is claim they are lawyer. I already make police report and they just a debt collector. Is illegal for act as a lawyer. This no 0341494700 is a collector and claim they are Haji.

aku dh buat report polis. skg polis tgh buat penyiasatan utk hal nih, so buat hamba Allah yg mengaku Haji apa ntah nama ko. siap2 la ye? try nak scam aku? silap org bro.

Euro prestasi bukanla peguam yang sah. Untuk pengetahuan, pakcik saya adalah peguam. Dan mengatakan peguam company takde Sdn Bhd. Dan peguam tak akan menghubungi pihak tertentu. Mereka akan menghantar surat mahkamah. Dan ada civil no mahkamah. So dah memang sah mereka adalah debt collector. Court mammouth sendiri mengaku bila kami hantar pihak berkuasa bahawa mereka euro adalah debt collector mereka. Sekian terima kasih.

saya pernah bkerja di sana sbgai HR...mmg agensi 2 kutip utang courts.yg maki2 2 smua bdk2 blow 26. dorg mmg kurg ajar.jgn di layan,bos n staf kt sn xbtol..i hate diz company..dorg bkn lawyer tp collector shj....

Had a call from this number 0323326927 and they were very rude and they said they calling from makamah.

They called me saying that they are putting me behind bars if I failed to pay them. I just laugh and hung up.

sya pun ada terima panggilan dari euro penabat peguan nie.....mereka betul2 peguam,bukan tipu...saya sndry dah mndapat akibat nya....sya sbagai staf kerajaa....mulanya saya pun marah...dan maki mcm2,kutuk mereka...akhirnya 2han tu maha adil....salah saya,saya berhutang....tapi xmahu bayar...spatutnya kita malu...org lain tahu kita nie jnis lari dri hutang...skrang nie...sya sudah di ambil tindakan tatatertib...dan dibuang kerja...akhirnya allah membuka hati saya utk bayar hutang....t.kaseh euro
