I got call for upgrade from this number too.They told me to wait 7 working day and technician will come to upgrade, but till now no action. I go to tm point they say its not tm number and the are no submission to upgrade my streamyx.

Very useful. Always refer here when i received unknown no. Normally the number end with 600,500, pr many '0' at the back

I also receive such number and 'he' said he is from TM Point want recommend the most valuable WiFi package to me named UniFi (Upgrade the current Streamxy WiFi), if interest please give the particular to him to process the application. Of course my answer to him is: You're bullsihit I'm not the one that easily fooled by you, if I interest about the packages I will go directly to TM Point Office to apply it...!!!

This is a telemarketing centre of Telekom.. Handling all departments. Execution will most likely be someone else.

Gotten a call to ask about a Unifi upgrade

Someone claim he called from TM, But i dont think he is really from TM.

He said TM offer my company a promotion to upgrade our Unify package from 5mb to 10mb with only additional RM20.

Then he said have all my company details and didnt need any document submission. All i need to do is just say YES to whatever he said.

This is totally desperate scammer agent. He said he have all my company details, then i ask him who is TM Account Manager who manage our company account? He can't answer my question. I ask him to send me email all the promotion details before i made my decision. Until now, no email from TM.

I called my company's Account Manager to check about this. She said there's no such promotion. If there any promotion available she will be the one will inform us.

Hahaha! luckily i am not that stupid to be fooled by that scammer!

received this call too and I called to Tm customer support to check is scam or not, after 17mins waiting, they confirm this number is from TM telemarketing.

My is same case as reported by "Secret Agent". Happened last week. Told him to call back as need to get approval from boss. Also checked with corporate TM Account  Manager. Was told no such promotion. The same number called back, but didn't pickup.

I just received a call from this number, offering an upgrade from VIP5 to VIP10 with a permanent RM20 discount (i.e. RM179 instead of RM199 monthly for VIP10). This package also includes:
1. Waiver of RM300 movement fee should you need to move homes.
2. RM500 Samsung voucher for TV

I called Unifi Hotline to enquire on this number and they confirmed that it was a Telekom number, and that this package does exist. Disadvantage of this package is your contract will be renewed to 24 months (so be wary of your current contract, if you don't mind renewing it then fine) and your modem warranty will not be renewed.

Apparently the promo has started on 17 June 2013.

When the 26015000 number called, they didn't ask for any financial details e.g. bank account, card credit, etc. They only asked for your full name, home address and email address to verify. If you agree to take up the package, they will read you your terms & conditions so listen carefully.

Anyway, if you have concerns, just call Unifi Hotline to double check. I did that and decided to take up the package.

Update: Just received another call from 0322465600 claiming they're from TM, probably their customer report department, I'm not sure, but she said she was following up on my enquiry to Unifi Hotline yesterday about the promo call. Apparently the promo has ended recently and as I'm typing this, they're in the midst of checking the status with the promo team.

For VIP 10 + Hypp TV mega pack or hypp tv sports pack ie 2+1 only RM199 instead of RM249..

i say that i need to discuss a lil bit and he said that will called me again next week.

Yesterday i received a call from Maxis (0367309016)  offering some kinda broadband package. I told them that i already subscribed to Unifi, then the conversation ends. Then today i get a call from this number (0326015000) offering to upgrade my Unifi package. Coincidence? I don't think so.

I just get a call from 03-26015000, said that calling from TM. The guys from TM net said that my billing can clear every month, so that that they offer me a package from 5mbps to 10 mbps only additional pay RM20.

When I explaining to him, line suck...fees expensive, I gotta to changing TM NET to other company. In a second, he gone from phone already

I received call (03-26015000) this morning 03-Apr-2014, telling the same.
Upgrade Unifi from VIP5 to VIP10 at additional cost of RM20. Pay 179 instead of 199, lifetime offer.
Moving (migrate) to new location/premise, no charges (I think the charges is RM300).
I told I can't decide now. She will call me back tomorrow.
Have not asked for any confidential information at this stage. If asked, I'll stop the conversation straight away.
Not sure to upgrade or not. Left undecided. See how tomorrow.

03-26015000 is a fake number. they purported themselves as Telekom. trying to cheat. Always call to 100 to check.
