i think debt collector. i received from the same number also. they are so arogant and gangsterism

received a call from a lady claiming from Mahkamah Jalan Duta. saying there is a civil filing ready to proceed. double check with mahkamah duta website and their number is not correct.. this is a scam number. added to rejected list. Company name Zuri Associates. Debt collector.

I also got the call from this number and claim from mahkamah jln duta. I think this no 01121308614 and 0189647045 are related. The first no is acting as a lawyer. The second number acting like a person from mahkamah to come over to my house to tampal notis.

Received call fr this number,inform dia drpd lim & associates,kita cakap nicely dgn dia tp dia tinggi suara dn kita. Bagitau yg my file nak dihantar ke mahkamah and sekiranya tak bayar akan buat proses wss. A woman yg cakap tu very rude to me and also my husband..kami tahu kami ada hutang bank dan kami bukan lari taknak bayar tapi kalau kena bayar 1 shot memang la kami tak mampu...

i'm also received calls from this number so many times. They use "Haji" title and act as a lawyer. I know this call is from debt collector, so i give so many excuses. I know we have a debt with a bank, but they cannot act so rude to collect payment. They need us to pay full amount to settle it..Crazy???. just ignore with this number..

received call from this number and all sort of various number from few state in malaysia. also one handphone number. same case, claim from mahkamah jalan duta, and threathen kata nak freeze bank aact and all. nak settle have to pay lump sum. claim to be lawyer. rupa2 nya zuri group of companies. debt collector for coway. jangan beli barang coway. barang rosak within few months guna, then ask them to come collect item x datang. senyap until we decided not to pay. after the 2 yrs contract habis, coway enggage this debt collector pretend as mahkamah people la, lawyer la....

i juz received this call, but after i ignore it, they try to call my friend n told tht i hv a compound not settle yet. if i not clear it they wana block my acc. etc.
than i try to call back the number, but it alway engage!
i think it muz b last time i hv buy the coway product, n i already settle all the payment long time ago, but they still keep calling me and said that i hv not settle down the payment!  they wan me to show the bank slip too, what a stupid ppl! who gonna keep the slip after 2-3yr ago? juz ignore this call n dont buy the coway product !

Yes same number called me this morning and said there is a  civil filing ready to proceed, Ive asked her because of what and that lady wanted to gave me one of mobile no to tell the details. so I just ignored that call without taking the no that she wanted to gave me. the thing is, they knew the  details bout us like  where we stay, i/c no, That  made us to beleive! So guys... carefull with this syndicate

i pun kena juga dengan panggilan ni. memangla i ada baki kredit kas BSN...dia minta utk buat bayaran penuh (full sattlement).bila i kata tak mampu..dia kata akan bantu.. maybe dengan buat pinjaman koperasi. di kenalkan dengan somebody kata dari koperasi tapi bila i tengok potongan yang di buat untuk bayar kredit kad campor dengan bayaran lain amat tidak padan...perkataan mereka mereka dari jabatan peguam negara jalan duta pun ada sama.....i cuba juga utk settle benda tu.. but take time... so kawan yg lain berhati-hati...that lady call LINDA..dia kata dari unit aduan KPM Putrajaya...cakap dengan bahasa kasar...patut ke saya buat laporan polis..?

Yes confirm, this no belongs to Debt collector. I'll already make them headache for two months already.
First they call me about my debs with MBB. They said they from MBB. They said I need to make a full settlement by give me a short period. I reply back to them, I'll already deal with another agencies, they said no valid because no letter approval regarding installment from the bank. I did paid some amount on that time, a day after, they request me not to make any payment until receive black and white from MBB.

On second month, I receive a call again from this agency and still mention they are from MBB, and ask me to make full settlement as per promise. I reply back, I never promise anything, since no black and white from the bank also. The said, ok they will arrange the letter to me and they ask me how much I going to pay. Luckily, I'll aready attend AKPK seminar BNM, they say just pay the minimum amount consistently every month. They have no right to force you. I told that agency, I'll aready get advice from BNM, and BNM ask me not to provide any info to all those people. Thats why everytime we make payment to the bank to insist want to know how much and when, some of them request a bank slip. Remember this the way their want to collect their commission from the banks. I'm acting like I did not where they are come from, I give shoot to them silently, I said to them, I follow BNM advice, do not disponse anything, because I don't want to trust anybody and probably you also the same. Maybe you are right you are from MBB, but I also must think, you also probably from debt agencies. And I don't want that debt agencies had a free lunch from the deal.

Today, they call me again, ask me about my payment to the MBB and still pretend the call from MBB, I reply them..done already, like usual they insists to know how much and when, I said if you are from the bank, the you might seen from the screen how much I paid. The said they will check and call me back if got any problem. Half an hour later, they call me back, can not seen the payment, I pay to which account? I said through the IBG systems. (internet banking). They ask again, how much? to which account. Then I scold her, I follow BNM advice, not to provide any info to anyone. That lady suddently not satisfied, then I shoot her, check with your bank la, you don't think I never know that you are from debt collector. Than she hang up the phone...

Ist call acting as a runner..otw to putrajaya to send my" surat kena tindakan tatatertib"..but before reach putrajaya,stop by for lunch...the runner told me,I still have time to avoid the tatatertib...only if I paid my debts today..not much laa..Bank rakyat CC...(bank rakyat pun satu hal la..kita tolong dia,kita loan dgn dia,dia punya promosi,gila2 kita terpedaya juga..)
he told me to call puan (tak ingat)..to stop my tatatertib...that puan is working in putrajaya..she can helps me..so I pun call the lady...sama la..u kena bayar today juga,saya boleh hold kes awak.. I almost believe they were, who they were..and then I started to realize,runner know about my surat/the content,how's that...then the puan...tatatertib because I didn't paid my card credit...???? so,I google the number and here I am..tengkiu semua..ya kita ada hutang,kita nak bayar,kita tak ada niat lari...cuma ketika ini ada sedikit short financial kita tu..kejap lah...mesti bayar..nak bayar...sedikit2...good day to all...

This agency is freaky desperate. They keep on calling my handphone which i have already blocked the number. They wont stop there, they called the office, some more talk to HR personnel. They pretend they are from Bank Islam and want to know my contact. I don't have any account or loan with Bank Islam at the first place. They are totally desperate. How they know bout your current work place is something to ponder. How our information leak to this third party. The bank especially maybank shouldn't engage the agent if they want to recover the debt. By engaging the agent, it will incur more cost and will be borne by the debtor. We should check our agreement with the bank. I don't think they can simply engaging the rude agent to recover the loan on behalf. In fact BNM shouldn't approve any kind of this agency to operate. Their modus operandy is to give intense pressure to the debtor.

I had enough experienced dealing with this so called agent who claim they are from the bank. I have been cheated once and i will be more careful in future. What happened to other writer here also showing that this agency try to make us pressure. For instance the govt officer who is going to be charged (tindakan tatatertib). They are liar. They are litches who likes to eat dirty blood. They always take advantage on poor people like us. I will always pray that one day whoever had chased me before will experience the same thing in the future. Maybe now they are the hunter and who knows one day they will be hunted.

For those who still have outstanding amount owing to the bank, please proceed to AKPK. This is the right place to go. Not even the bank itself. Maybank especially will ask you to pay maximum since they have the agreement with the agent. If we ask AKPK, the bank cant do nothing except to accept which ever amount deem necessary to pay. So, padan muka with agent yang macam sial ni.

For any agent who read this comment, please bear in mind, regardless you are using a fake name while contacting us, one sweet day you may be caught. Go and find other work for better life. You wont get rich by taking advantage of others. Dont make others life misserable by keep on contacting them. We know our responsibility to pay out debt and it is not yours to arrange a payment on our behalf. Everybody has the intention to pay their debt, only time will tell. Please do not disturb us anymore freaky agent. By doing that you may geopardise our intention to pay the debt. I will only pay to the bank which ever amount that i owe them and i will definately make sure that your agency wont get any single cent from my money. Should your agency get the money from my payment, i will declare it is HARAM, to those who earn that.

yes me too just now....when i rejected they call my sister maybe i put reference details with bsn when applying credit card on year 2008.then thats y they got the record...and my sister told me that they on the way now to my sis house going to SITA all my sis house mcm perabut pape aje...kereta under my sis name...wahhh really really damn u all langau!!!!!!!!! ugut ppl mcm hutang ceti...padahal i bayar since 2009 till now never miss...and only hutang 5k....i think lg sikit nak habis dah bayar bodoh stupid langau!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes.. saya pun rcvd called dari number ni. seorang lelaki yang namanya tidak diberitahu.. dari jabatan insolvensi katanyer.. TGGU SURAT DARI SAYA !! kata nyer... Tentang apa..kes ape,, tak diberitahu pulak.. cuma itu saje ayat yang diulang2 dgn suara mengugut.. very annoying.. & tak professional langsung... :(

Aku punya cerita lagi best.. Satu ari tu aku antar awek aku pegi interview... Tengah aku tunggu kat parking kereta tetiba opis call..... Katanya tatatertib bkt aman cari aku... Heboh 1 opis psal ada pegawai tatertib call tanya mane aku.. HEBOH MCM AKU BUAT SALAH BESAR!!!!

Surat dari peguam negara pun dah keluar dan tunggu proses mahkamah untuk perbicaraan... Amboi2 dashsyatnya salah aku ni.. Alasannya diorang cari aku tak dapat... Aku mengaku yang ada tunggakan bayaran kad kredit Bank Rakyat,.. Kalau taknak diambil tindakan esok tengahari aku kena settlekan smua tunggakan.... Ni ape cerita ni???? Nak mampus dahke??? Ko dah malukan aku satu pengkalan lepas tu ko nak aku bayar lump sump dalam masa 24jam!!! Ape ni???

Aku receive call from this no at 4.00pm. Nama budak pompuan ni Tasya dari Jabatan Pendaftaran Saman..dia cakap nama aku akan di blacklistkan dan semua akaun aku akan di bekukan...setau aku klu dibekukan utk kes2 muflis jer. Tp kalut punya pasal aku layan jer...dia ckap suh call tengku azuan 016-2734159 dr lawyer company.dia saja yg boleh stop arahan tu.bila call dia ckp aku kene setle hutang coway rm550 je pun before kul 5ptg ni...aku lak tgh xde cash..pusing2 la pinjam kwn2..nasib baik ada yg sudi tolong walaupun memalukan...bila dah bayar melalui cash deposit machine dia suh whatsapp slip tu ke no ni 011-26993121..Bila aku try call balik no tasya tu x dapat..then google kat internet jumpa website ni..then bru aku tau rupa2nya dah tertipu...tp takpe la.at least dah settle hutuang dgn coway & xde outstanding...aku dah call/email coway pasal bende ni...aku dah sms tengku azuan tu...ceeeiittttt.....cakap dia tu bukan lawyer tp dr Zuri Debt Collection...terus senyap...heran la tu cmna aku leh tau...hihihi.thanks u all at least aku tahu kebenarannya...

Number ni call saya, memang pasal hutang ngan Coway la..as usual, dia akan kata dia buat panggilan dari mahkamah jalan duta, ada case akan difailkan jam 3ptg ni atas nama saya, dia bacakan nombor ic dan alamat rumah..then saya tanya dia mmg mahkamah akan call sendiri ker utk bagitau, dia kata dia agent utk mahkamah, then i said 'wahh mahkamah pun dah gune agent ker skarang'..'puan kalau nak tau lebih lanjut boleh call lawyer yg handle kes puan'..saya tak tahan sangat nak gelak bile dia bagi saya number handphone pulak, then saya kata lah takde number ofis ker? record dlm fail puan ni ada number henpon lawyer ni je, nama lawyer Tengku Azman dan diaorang tak bagi number ofis coz takut Tengku takde kat ofis kalau saya call..saya tak puas hati tanya sekali lagi call daripada mana dia ulang lg pulak dia call dr mahkamah jalan duta, dan bukannya agent..tapi dia mcm boleh agak yg aku dpt hidu taktik dia, dia tak cakap banyak juga then background dia mcm ada org tgh tunjuk ajar dia nak cakap mcm mana..geram jg la coz hutang amount tak la banyak sangat tak smpai 1k pun, cuma now ada kekurangan dari segi kewangan, bukan nak lari......puikkkkk
