collect debt, of course, will be harsh abit. If people pay up and more cooperative, staffs and people wont have to be pushy. They may not be rude, but pushy. U have to if you're debt collector. Comes with the job. If u want to avoid all that, pay up.

Yes. they are rude. never listen to customer. they are not from SCB. they are pranks! even we have cleared the loan n yet they say we still owe them money! so very sure they are pranks!!! beware!!

Just received 2 calls from this number. Its a Malay lady who's got listening problem and was very rude. She identified that she was calling from law firm with no law firm's name provided.

These [***] from phone number +60327817217 have been trying to call me since last three days, at least three calls a day. Because I am currently in different time zone I was unable to take the call for first two days I-)
Then today I quickly jumped off the bed received the call twice but call got disconnected twice after 5 sec and no one talked from the other side.
I tried calling back at the number and despite continous ringing no one received the call.
When I get the chance I will definitely report to Telekom.

Got call from this number today. I refuse to answer because last time they called, they asked me to pay 2 month of due payment which i have already paid. SCAM ?

Yes, i received the same call...but was a miss call almost every morning. At one time i answer the call but no sound and respond from the other side. i tried to call back but the line was always on busy tone. If it is from debt colletor, it sound strange as i dont have any debt...
