EE credited my account for charges for these texts, customercare.uk@oxyen8 is the email address i was given and 03333137900 to contact them on email dosen't exist and not ringing the 033 no. at 10p a min there is also a 0800 no, i don't want to ring as you probably get charged for that too

Been having a high bill now for at least 8mths plus. I wondered what was going on it was getting a joke. I knew I wasn't sending pics or nothing and internet wasn't working when out. Called EE and said it was this company Orcustomercare.Uk@oxygen phone 03333137900 to call them and they will sort or to call phonepayplus 0800500212. I called 1st number they said I would receive a email confirming a full refund dating bk from last may nearly 200 quid. He transfered me sounded like a dial tone abroadthen they said that. I have had no email and when trying to email nothing.

Noticed an £18 charge to my mobile broadband account. When I queried it with EE they told me it was the charges for 3 texts that I'd sent. I told them I can't send texts as this number is for mobile broadband. They came back and told me that it was actually for 3 unsolicited texts I'd received. Can't be right that I have to pick up these charges for something I didn't ask for... especially as I can't even receive these texts on my mobile broadband.

Same as everyone else.. Last three months bills have gone from £40 to £70... EE are no help! Gave me above details no answer to number or email... These companies need to be stopped and the mobile phone companies need to be blocking them! Wondering whether to contact the ombudsman??? Told EE if they don't erase charges I am going to default on my contract and go elsewhere

Try talking to PhonepayPlus to see if they can help.

    0800 500 212 (Mon-Fri, 0900-1700).

They ARE the Regulator, a service from OFCOM.

Any calls or texts requiring YOU to pay for them are under their jurisdiction.

As an immediate step, does your mobile phone not have the ability to block such calls or download a free App to let you do that?
