This company claim they from lawyer company call me ask me to bank in. In the first place I scared and wanna bank in, I call back and asking what is the bank in number, they said is same with my file case..and I was wondering is that logic? And not mention which bank I should bank in? They as me use money pos to pay. When I question they rude and [***] me off.. What kind lawyer are they? After that I just research that here all of you having a same problem. Should I still trust them? I want to pay but the problem is I'm in Labuan.

This company is debt collection company for Courts Mammoth.. So stupid using LAWYER OFFICE.. I've received call from this one 'lawyer' & suddenly scold me why I haven't pay the debt. I get the address from GoogleDotCom & went there. They just a small company located at Wangsa Maju Seksyen 5. Got their old chinese manager will out from their glasses door & give sh*t talks.. Damn this guys... Corning ppl saying they were HAJI, HAJAH but the fact is they just teenagers calling us.

ini call dari company kutip hutang untuk courth mammoth... kenalkan diri diorang TUAN HAJI xxxx... semua yg call dari company ni pun TUAN HAJI... tp setiap kali nama berbeza????

i've received the same call like you all just a few hours ago...at first I was really shocked & terrified ..that guy, by the name of tn. Haji called me of and speak damm rude. He claimed he is from JBG (Jabatan Bantuan Guaman)..but act on behalf of Courts Mammoth..(which in reality JBG is a govt. dept which act on behalf of an individu, not a company). i called that firm and a lady answered the call n speak rudely to me when i ask the name of the company. She claimed it's a law firm, but  not using the word tetuan... what a fake.

u 2 memang pghutang tegar..dah nak mati sok baru nak igat bayar hutang..i pon hutang dgan courts tapi bayar jgak ble cmpany 2 call..dah habis bayar skarang...n da dpat release lgi...pergi bayar la hutang..mse mude bleh la lari2...ble da nk mati nt n g haji nt bru la nk igat hutang...

Status mereka hanyalah debt collector agency dan bukanlah law firm seperti yang mereka katakan.

Terlampau banyak perlanggaran kontrak telah mereka lakukan dan banyak laporan polis telah dibuat.

Eh, kau ni siapa? keja dgn court mammoth konon. Hei gila. kau yang suruh dia orang kutip lepas itu nak lagak baik konon. Kau lagi kurang ajar. Engkau ni siapa. kalau berani buat posting nama engkau dan no talipon ofis engkau. biar aku call kau direct utk byr hutang aku. Cakap macam tahi. Kalau berani aku nak jumpa kau di ofis engkau.Yang salah kau bukan dia orang. kau tak larat dan court mamoth tak boleh buat kerja pass kat orang lain lepas itu kutuk. Engau main double game eh!! Aku nak jumpa kauPosting nama enkau dan nomborsambungan kalau berani. Kau orang juga agent lepas itu kata tak tahu lah , tak pasti lah, kontrak lah semua tahi lah celaka.

Can anyone tell me which company using this no 0341495700. They claim that they are from jabatan undang2 and the caller is TUAN hj Mahadi. The way he talk mostly like a lawyer.

If you are a working with courts some director why is your domain is hotmail. Who are you exactly??? I have received threatening sms from this Stupid Euro Company and I actually already dealing to settle directly with courts. So please explained who are you?

I have received more than 45 sms within an hour. Stop the stupid sms as I said already settle with courts on this matter.

Request for Feedback on Euro Prestasi & Partners (M) Sdn Bhd

The Bar Council Legal Profession Committee (“LPC”) has received several complaints against Euro Prestasi & Partners (M) Sdn Bhd (“EPP”), a debt collection agency, particularly regarding the manner in which EPP collects purported outstanding sums due to its “clients”.  The complaints allege that the methods adopted by EPP intimidate and/or mislead Members of the Bar and/or members of the public.

The LPC is gathering evidence to determine what action to take, if any, in this matter.

We invite Members of the Bar who have received such calls from EPP, or who are in possession of any letters of demand sent by EPP, to provide full details of each specific instance, including the applicable documents.

They fax to my compamy that im working with. My HR dept has email the fax to me and now kecoh sekampung already. Why are this people harassed our rice bowl? I want to setle this direct with court, but they ask me to liaise with them and make the payment via post office. It does not make sense at all. They claim they are  lawyer. Now I know who they really are.

It happened recently. A guy named Haji Anuar called and asked me to pay the debt. He claimed he is from Jabatan Undang-Undang Kuala Lumpur. He threatened me by saying that my name has already submitted to Mahkamah Majistret for the legal action. The worst is they asked me to go to Ibu Pejabat Polis Kontinjen Kuala Lumpur for the remand process before the hearing within 72 hours. I wonder why must I do such stupid things. As far as I am concerned, this case is suppose to be under Mahkamah Tinggi Malaya not Mahkamah Majistret. When I asked. This culprit said that I was charge 'menipu'. When I told them that I will go to IPKKL as per instructed, they change the coversation by offering me to settle half of the debts. I told him that I am ready to be sue at the court. I have no problem with that. Its been 8 years.

Memang diaorang ni suka sangat guna haji ngan hajah. konon nampak baik. Baru sekejap tadi ugut hantar polis tangkap saya. Pastu panggil saya guna perkataan 'LU' sahaja. Macam samseng. Saya tau awak debt collector Haji Hashim oiii... Saya hairan Courts Mammoth boleh diam sahaja bila ramai orang complain macam ni.

Dulu saya ada masalah, so tak dapat bayar. Saya sedar orang berhutang kenalah membayar. Tapi bila saya bayar, macam ni jadinya?! Tuan Haji Hashim punya suara memang jenis suka maki orang. Maki lah orang sekarang, nak mati esok tak taulah macammana.

Saya rasa Haji Hashim, Haji Baharin, Haji Mahmud, Haji Ridzuan, Haji Kassim dan macam-macam haji ni daripada company yang sama... Cara bercakap sama, modus operandi sama, daripada 'jabatan peguam kuala lumpur' ayat yang sama...

Sebenarnya sepupu saya mggunakan payslip gaji saya utk membeli barang dr Courts...kalau x silap dlm thn 2005 rasanya...Saya ingatkan spupu sya jelaskan hutang coz sy x pernah terima apa2 col dr courts mamoth..br tghari td saya dpt msg minta saya bayar rm8228.40...sy x mampu nak bayar sebanyak itu...Ada cara x lain xutk berunding ng courts spy saya dpt buat bayaran secara ansuran...saya cuma mampu bayar rm100/month,krn saya suri rumah sepenuh masa..Tolong yer...
