Mentioned that i have outstanding payment for my MARA study Loan. A letter from Lawyer office also has been issued and the court hearing by end of November.
The best part, i personally go to MARA office and they said no action been taken yet and the call is only from this company.. Not even have a person name bla bla bla...
The Company officer name is Julia - acting like she is the officer for MARA and Fauzan.
Even the Lawyer firm name Haris & Co etc..
Well, i hope the recovery company please be good to customer. Dont try to play fool. This is totally unacceptable...yes i may have an outstanding and i've PAID IT ALL!
