i received a phonecall from 03-6419 7181. not sure from which company. Do you guys have any clues?

小心， 是beyond Pavilion公司 骗你给资料 逼你付款拿他们的优惠卡，过后我打去银行取消信用卡了...

This call is from BEYOUND PAVILLION SBN BHD. A lady named KALA called and speak with fast speed about a card special for you because you're using master/visa. She ask credit card info to verify, then explaining the benefits..bla..bla..bla..at the end she will mention this card will charge for RM440. with immediately, i ask to cancel & no process. Kala ask another girl named Jeya talk to me, said i hv misunderstand, i no need to pay. After confirmed n hang up the phone. A sms come in mentioned my credit card has been charged 440. I call back this KALA, she is rude and refuse to cancel n return back the money..she mentioned even i call lawyer, the initial fees will be 500+.... I've sad, blame myself..start from that day, 30 Sep 2015, i decided to cancel all unuse credit card n no to pickup unknow phone.

Folks, please do not pick up the call from this company because there's no any company call with mobile phone to ask for credit card particulars. Before answering them, they will ask for your verification which is ic number, mailing address and the credit card number and I'm not sure whether where can they get my personal information which is private and confidential. Firstly, they will introduce and tell you the benefits of the discount card, and they will keep selling you and tell you that you will get at least 30%  discount when u travel around malaysia and etc. After that, they will inform you that "your name is in my system, I need to send you this discount card" and charges will be apply based on your credit card's monthly commitment. Before hanging up the call, they will also inform that someone from head quarters will call you in a moment to verified the payment for the discount card which is RM480 whereas they mentioned that this card is free for life when they first called.
After the first call and here comes the second call from head quarters which is a land line asking for verification. I felt so curious that the discount card offered cannot be cancel, and the person called is asking for verification of the credit card so that they can easily charge for the RM480. Besides, when i refuse to agree to pay for the RM480, the lady who called immediately hang up.
Lastly, another malay lady call back and ask for the reasons which i refuse to accept the discount card. I replied her that I do not need that card and she immediately asked me with a rude accent that why do i disagree with the payment because i already agree in the first call. After that, she keeps calling me and texted me to ask me to pick up the call and telling me that my name is in their system and it cannot be pending anymore.

PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THESE SCAMMERS BECAUSE BANK HAS NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM!!

Same today incident happen on me. Feeling stupid n when i start call bank to cancel the card .was too late. The transaction was done. Any1 really receive the discount card？ still mentioned compulsory. I feel stupid although that time thinking y gov force us buy this card .ridiculous. but in the end. Given the 3 pins also. Feeling crying rm480

This is my experience, my case same as mentioned  Wendy & Jane, I was kena CON RM 330 on early January 2015, I feel stupid why I confirmed to apply that time....TT

Yesterday (30-12-2015) ,I received a call again from 03-6419 7181, but this times there is a girl(indian) call me, I said I don know how to speak english and malay,do u have any chinese staff,she said only Indian & Malay only.

She called me this times said that my accident insurance going to expired on 31-12-2015 and ask me to renew the insurance but i need to pay RM 330 via my credit card Hong Leong Bank and she  she can well know my home address , I/C no, full name...etc same as last time.

I informed that I don't wan to renew it , I wan to cancel all and she said my insurance once active need to renew 1 more year only can do the cancellation and than after renew i will receive the form cancellation in 7 working days, if I no renew the next year I will pay double which is RM 660. If I do not confirm to renew it their SYSTEM  keep pending showing my name and they will call again until I confirm. Where got such thing.!!!!

I said didn't hear the term & condition before, can you proof me that policy, she said I have a master copy and she got one copy in the office and I can walk in to their office to see it. I told that girl I don't want renew and hung up the phone end the topic.

not sure what race, is a lady. she said is from Beyond Pavillion then straight away ask me got Visa/ Master Card or not. then i said got and ask why, she said wanna give me discount card but need some verification, then ask me which bank, i feel should be no issue just mentioned the bank name, then next she ask what is my expired date, then i said it is too much and P&C information already. then she hang up.

received a call from this number 10mins ago, 03-64197181, 2 times, one missed call and another 5mins later

didnt hear clearly wht he said bout the company name, but the modus operandi is the same as pervious commentators...he ask if i still using my credit card, i say yes... then he asked me wht bank, i directly said to him "i think you should already know it coz if you know my name and know i am credit card user, sure you will know which bank i was..." terus he hang up...

Thank you for your info. last time they stop calling me already but now suddenly they started to call me back.
can't police do anything about this kind of scams?

I received too, they charged me RM480. But i manage to dispute this amt.

Talk to your bank/credit card company and ask them to claim it back because it is a FRAUD. They have a duty of care to their customers and if they refuse ,they become part of the fraud as they paid over the money to someone who was committing a crime.

Thanks Raj. I already called to my credit card company to cancel my credit card and fill the dispute form to claim back the money.

Hi guys, i also just receive the call and because i am busy with something i missed out and given them my three security code. i found their company website http://bpavillion.com/ not sure whether it is them but seems similar business model and i think we should gather together and demand back the money from them and log a police report.,

Yeah, i received the call minutes ago. She was offering me discount card, in view of my spending on trips and etc. So i was alright, then she requested my mailing address, as i was thinking it for free. Then, she asked me to provide either visa / master credit card's expiry date... i began to feel fishy ~ so, in stead, i asked her back if any obligation / payment needed? She turned her focus, to " oh, ok, i will sms you the website, have a look, will call back the next day morning". I checked this website & I called all my credit card's bank to check and put a remark to stop such transactions. lol ~

Beyond pavillion say back themselves are scammer...then this really scammer company...hahaha
