Yup its astro n the service customer is so rude. He raise his voice n I feel like not subscribing to astro after that. The person makes me feel so stupid for not knowing the address of my home.

An sms from a handphone no. 012 6188654 Claims to be from astro asking to call back this number to confirm identity so they can arrange installer to come or else it may take 2 weeks. But my installer already turned up a day before. It could be some installer who bribed astro employee to obtain inside info about applications for quick gains. They spelt my name wrongly and also sent same sms to me with a different name..
