Is a lady called up in behalf HSBC bank , from a company and TMF.The lady is keep on asking did you going HSBC HQ branch last 2 week , and I answer is NO , so she again asking for the 2nd time same question. I have verify with TM , phone line existing in Selangor. But before I have called back , but no any picked up. And I have received it on 2nd times. Becarefull out there all man and ladies , old seniors .

She knew I've called to HSBC customer service helpline within 2 weeks.She mentioned she want to do survey about satisfaction of HSBC customer service experience, so I said OK.I just answered some opinions about the customer service, scored 5-1 and some YES or NO question. After the phone call, I called HSBC customer service helpline.As the customer service representive told me, they didn't have any information about this phone number, so please beware this number.No matter what, remember not to mention any information about yourself in any anonymous phone call.

She called me today just few minutes ago...she noes my name n ask me wether I did go to HSBC Kuala Lumpur in last two weeks or not...I said no...she said thanks just a survey n she hang up....

She has called me last week said from CIMB...ask about Survey...then I ignore her....after few days said called from HSBC for do survey again...

really dunno understand how can they get my name and contact number...ask for survey?????

I received that same call yesterday 01st June 2016. i am worry whether they are trying to tag our confidential infomation from our  handphone. I called back many times and no one pick up. They ask me the same questions twice whether I went to HSBC branch last two weeks and they hang up.What's wrong ?

I checked with Telekom Malaysia they told me only for business use but cannot see the name of the company.

The best is not to answer the phone. They even know our full name. Dangerous !!!

I received call on this number today and when call back noone response , but I didn't go CIMB or HSBC. I recently launched complain to TNB. No sure if they are sharing our numbers. Since I check this website I just ignore this for the moment. Thanks for info
