Need to know why this phone number always make a miss call

This number call me and offer me to jump from MAXIS to CELCOM (Mobile Number Portability - MNP).

I have been receiving calls from this no since June.
A few miss calls and sometimes when I picked up,
the caller was silent and then he / she would just hung up.
I've tried calling back but no one is answering the phone.
I think there are lots of crazy people out there who just
have nothing better to do.

I also keep receiving missed call from this number. Weird. tot one of my client. when call back nobody pick up.

the number had been traced back to a company / business called...
PTBO Asia Company, Jalan Sungai Jernih, Section 8, Petaling Jaya...
i think better to make a police report and have them inspect this premise...
and locate who are the monkeys who had been spamming...

call from group of sales for celcom mnp program.
this [***] i dont know from what company..
tell about a special free hphone program if you change ur network to celcom.
they will courier/provide a form and so on and then you can fill up the form, choose one hphone out of three and prepare all the documents. they will send you the free hphone & the sim card.
i never ask to celcom yet. but whoever hv time,then kindly help us to identify either this is a scam project or what.

Got missed calls from this number too. When I picked up, the call disconnected. When I called back, no answer. I'm fine with tele-marketing calls, they just doing their job. But this is really annoying because they put down the phone and never pick up calls. Don't this people have better things to do in life?

where is this caller calling from? very disturbing..calling people in the middle of working day, when answered,immediate disconnected..when returned call, unanswered..please stop disturbing people...please find other things to do..stop making prank calls...really annoying...

I answered once today and found out it's from Celcom.
I told the person that i'm not interested in what ever promotion they have, hehehe
