just found your comments after I recieved a call from this number today and i googled the number to find the company as I tried to call it back and the signal is engaged.... I find it odd it is a debt collector as I dont owe any money???? is this a scam that someone is pulling???

Yeah i received a missed call from this number.
No message left and no idea why someone would be chasing me for money if it is a dept collector.
I searched this number on Google and found this thread...

I don't have any debts that I know about, unless someone has been impersonating me or something.

I just received a call from this number on my mobile, was a woman, told her I was not here could I take a message, but she wanted a time to call back, told her i didnt know when i would be back...i have no debts either....so will be interesting what they have to say.

Just had a call from this no. Didn't answer and no message was left.See from other posts that it is for supposed debt collection. Would a real debt collection agency make calls on a sunday?

Just got a call from this number today. No message left. Very odd. Yesterday i joined a website and gave my number to do surveys for cash. I think karma is getting me back for being so stupid.

Have you given your no. to anyone recently? Online surveys perhaps? Maybe they are trying to call you.

No, haven't given my no. to anyone and have had 2 more calls since the first one.

not happy as my number is a silent number that i pay for ,this happens almost every night,should not be aloud to happen.

they called me with some guff asout representing the Australian Tax Office and named a company they were searching for .......   This alledged professional group will now be refered to the appropriate authorities,   I am sure they have been investigated   in the past,,,,,   BE AWARE ....

Got called by this number today, girl said she was doing a travel survey on behalf of the Australian Govt, when I said I didn't have time because I was at work she apologised and said she must've had the wrong number, she was pleasant and actually Australian for once

Keep getting calls from this number and it's ORC - some kind of marketing and research company.

Study from NSW Government - very annoying.

I asked that they stop calling me and remove them from their list - they were actually friendly and apologetic but I have had so many calls today like actual stalkers.

this number has been calling me for a few weeks harassing me and the name always changes from phone company to research for the government if you can just ignore the calls

My number is unlisted/private - the female on the other end said she was doing a survey re: transport for the government.  I asked her how she got my number and she said it was randomly selected - I told her the number was silent for a reason and then I hung up.  Is this company scamming people or is it legit?  I don't understand how a company can still access a private/unlisted number.
