Got this at 3.30pm 1/4/09 but ignored it

Called back and was told that it was a telemarketing call from Medibank Private

I got this at 2.48pm (SA time) 7/4/09. When I answered I heard a ring tone, then the other side just hung up. random.

have received call three times. Apparently they call and hang to get you to ring back as they charge you for the call. Someone at my work got the calls as well.

I received a call 15/4/09 from this number, but missed the call. didnt try calling back as figured if it was an important call they would have called back or left a message. by the looks of other comments, was lucky i didnt bother calling back

I had a missed call from this number yesterday but no message left, they just rang me then so i answered then it started ringing on their side so i hung up.
Sick of this crap where people ring n try get u to ring back so u lose all your credit

I have had this number call me every day at the same time for the past 3 days (between 3:30pm and 4pm). The first time I answered, and heard nothing on the other end so hung up, both other times I have just ignored it

I missed the call yesterday but answered it today - a second of silence, followed by a second of music and then they hung up. I really hope they don't do it again. Otherwise Medibank's complaints department will be getting a call :)

This number has been calling me daily - I don't answer unknown numbers so just let it go to voicemail, no message ever left.

Same same, keeps ringing once a day for about4 rings then stops. I havent answered it and finally put a complaint in with medibank private

I have been getting calls every day from this number on my mobile for the last month. I never answer but it always goes through to message bank so when I retreive my messages I have to waste credit deleting their 'messages' (which are just silence). Answered twice in the first week and like everyone else has experienced, they just hung up. Incredibly frustrating!

Jcto - have you received a response from Medibank Private?

I thought I would google the number before I called back to see who it could be.  They started calling me on Friday, 15th April 2009 and didn't leave a message for the total of four calls they made.

I also, received a call today, 22nd May 2009. It went through to my voicemail and they didn't leave a messege. Thank you for the website, I now know who the caller is. What do I do abut complaints? Just give give medibank and call and get put on hold...

I also got this call 22 May 25 May 3.30pm, heard music when I answered then hang up. Seems like checking numbers. Anyway won't call back thanks to this website.

I also had a miss call from this number this morning Wednesday 27 May 2009... have not returned it nor will I...

Received 2 calls today 28/05/09 one around 1pm and 1 around 3pm, i did not answer the unknown call.

I keep getting calls from this number daily - I have answered a couple of times and there is no response.  Sometimes at early hours of the morning - Sometimes at late hours of the night - Times vary - It is happening at least once a day.  I don't know why I am being contacted or by who and I am sick of it!

Got a call at 4:05pm Adelaide Local time. Was silent for 5 seconds, then a music tune went on for 2sec and hung up! MOFO!!!
