    They left a voice mail for me saying they were from E collect which I have googled and is a debt collection agency - I don't owe anyone money so would be very careful - seems like a scam number to me!

    Actually not a scam at all. Ecollect do debt recovery for almost 80% of the video shops in Australia. I called them back and found that I had a small amount owing to my local store and they were extremely helpful and kind enough to reduce the debt and allow me to pay it off in installments. I would give them a buzz just to make sure. :)
