NAB collections over due or over limit payments need to be made

NAB keeps calling and hanging up. Most annoying.
Maybe I should sue them for wasting my time answering the phone all the time?

I also have been getting these mysterious messages for the last couple of days.

It is always at about 9am - 9.30am - and it looks like an office phone number, but because I'd missed the first one I just assumed whoever it was would leave a message.  They didn't.  I thought that was a bit strange.  The same thing occurred the next day.  Same missed call from this number, and no message left.

I thought that was really strange, given the business number.  After all, if it was a legitimate call the person would leave a message to get back to them.

And then I thought I'd Google the number.  And guess what - up comes this site.  All is now revealed.  Turns out I'm short by $70 by a NAB credit card payment by 2 days.  How creepy is that?  Why couldn't they simply have left a message or sent a letter or even an email.  No ... they have had to do a sort of "gotcha" type thing.

Tomorrow I'm going to pay out the card and then cancel it.  I don't want to be doing business with a bank which operates like this.

Confirmed as NAB, impossible to return call as you always get "All our representatives are busy assisting other callers.... please hold the line...."

Confirmed NAB.  Others say Debt Collection but I don't owe them any money (I have charges on my credit card, but none overdue).

Call outside business hours, and call repeatedly but never leave a message.  Called back, got an automated message.  Sorely tempted to switch banks.
