Guy called and asked how I was then continued in the same breath to ask "why did you change companies to AGL?" in a very rude and condescending tone. I asked who he was and his name, which he gave me, then he asked me the same question and even said that he woud call AGL for me and cancel my account with them, to which I replied that I was NOT giving him my authorisation to do this on my behalf. Then he continued to order me to "tell your real estate agent and tenants that they need to stay with us!" HOW RUDE! I since called Energy Australia and spoke to a lovely lady who told me they have third party companies and she was shocked at the way he spoke to their customer. She was very helpful and sorted it all out for me.

This number is calling me up to 10 times a day! Including every night after 8 PM!! Leaving voicemails telling me I need to urgently call them back regarding my electricity connection (making it sound like it will be cut off or the likes) Called back and its Energy Australia who I advised I have already signed to another company on a contract, was told how silly I was for doing this then they hung up.....and then continued to call me multiple times a day!! Will be calling CSA later today to make them stop.
