For the past month, I've been receiving several missed calls from this number. The call hangs up within 5 seconds. You try calling this number and you get a message that this number is either  disconnected or unavailable.

Calls from this number are usually annoying telemarketing calls from Eftel (a telephone company)

I have had 5 calls from this number  039946 0589 in a 24 hour period and have no idea who it is....Bloody annoying when they don't leave messages.

0399460589 this number is ringing my mobile and is a eftel company no doubt a prank. Or someone trying to hack my phone.

Eftel - ring back and I get a recorded message telling me that I have recieved a call from them.  I am getting calls on my mobile and home phone now even though my home phone is listed on the Do Not Call Register.

Only been happening since I got a new mobile number from Amaysim.

Pay your internet bill and they'll stop calling

I have been receiving phone calls from Eftel Internet Service Provider for the last week from 0399460589 , 0354481500 the last time they called which was just now at 7.15pm on the 3rd July 2012 what the hell this time of night I kept asking them how they got my phone number and he just kept ignoring me and tell me about thier plans he would not stop talking I kept asking him to stop for a second so I could ask him a question and he just kept going tell me how much their unlimited plans and then he asked me if I was not looking for unlimited and if something cheaper would be for me and before I could answer he starts telling me how much 20gbs a month was until I said that I am registered with the Do Not Call Register and then all of a sudden beep beep beep beep he hung up on me LOL
So if you receive phone calls from the two numbers I have mentioned above please report them or if you don't mind receiving phone calls up to 7 times a day like I was well them you will be fine

I had EIGHT calls yesterday from this number...0399460589 likewise, they often hang up before i get a chance to get to the phone...even when it's on the desk next to me...often means it's an autodialler service not a manual call.

I get calls from this number several times a day. It has been going on for weeks. I know theyre trying to sell something. I ignore all their calls but they don't give up. What kind of company actually thinks this is successful marketing? How do you stop these people?

I got a call from 0399460589 today - It was an Asian c
accent - I hung up. They then called back 3 more times & I didn't answer. I googled the number, came here & saw everyone's comments. How can I report them?

I would be happier if they would actually talk to me and not drop out or whatever when I answer.
Then at least I could tell them I'm not interested!

I get about 6 calls a day from this number on my mobile, sick of it!

my phone is through telstra. these people have been calling me non stop everyday/ night about some internet plan i apparently asked to know about! when i tell them im not interested they ask if there is anyone in my house hold that they caould call. i ask them how they have my number and they avoid the question. they call between 20-30 times a day. i have blocked there call but they still leave voice mails. i have never hrd of this company before.

Same deal, I'm with Telstra too. Maybe they have access to prepaid database.

Does anyone know how to stop the calls coming though completely

I answered tonight at about 6.30 pm and said don't call again or I'm ringing the communications ombudsman. I'll tell u 2moro if it worked.
