Scammers who try and buy used cars. Dont reply or email. Was an sms not phone call

mikewright2007@gmail.com was the email attached to the phone number

0419827914

it was the second sms i recieved that had the same end to there email address eg. @live.com. They had a long sad story about why they want to buy my car so quick.

Yep got the same scam inquiry to my car today ... no-one answers the number ... name given was Immanuel

selling my car on gumtree... got a txt from this number asking for email communication
apparently this guy wants to buy the car for his dad but because he works on an offshore oil rig he cannot collect the car himself so a courier will be employed to carry out the collection....   [***].

same deal - needs car for dad, he works offshore blah blah - phillipwatts@hotmail.com

Got that exact same story, But his name was Dean
have any of you got a Jeep?

me too, got sms with request to reply to his email, bellphilip@hotmail.com  Can anyone send them a virus to slow them down.

Put my ad on gumtree and carsales and got a text saying to email him on bellphilip@gmail.com. Obviously a scam!

Yep same phone number, but now his name is Steven Lewry, trying to scam me through my ad in "cars guide".

Had an email enquiry from cars guide with the same phone number, but with the name Brett, and email: brettpole42@gmail.com

I got same message from brettpole42@gmail.com
Is it scamm?

I am not 100% sure, I googled the phone number as the language used in the enquiry was pretty strange and i suspected it might be a scam, and when i came across this page and did not respond to his enquiry.

0419827914 - scammer - fake name, fake number, fake email. Tries to get your paypal details to buy your car. Been told is a common scam with online car sales.

Yep definatly a scammer, just got an email enquiry
if the language seems strange then its more than likely a scam like below
