This number has been sending me messages for about a week, repeatedly. It just says "Incompatible message format" each time. Does anyone know who this is or why the message isn't showing? I texted back to the number that my phone wasn't showing the message and they just kept sending me whatever it was...

I received two on 30 Oct within seconds of each other.  i didn't recognise the number and ignored/deleted the message, didn't hear from them again. Appears to go through 0418706700 but that is a dead end. if you do reply my guess is it will costs heaps.

I got 2 msgs in a few weeks saying message cannot be displayed?
ideas?
I wrote who is this and it didnt seem to cost me heaps but iv got no idea??

MMS text received Jan 11 2009.. Number would not connect when I called it back.. Was able to log on to Telstra website to see message however..  Some random Valentines message..

“I am thinking of you” ..

Then five frames (pictures)..  

“I filled this box with flowers”
“And lots of big hugs too”
“Then wrapped it in a big blue bow”
“To show I am thinking of you”
“Happy Valentines Day”

Quite random……

Just got exactly the same as Adam above.  Had to log on to telstra to see message - same Valentines message.
Now my husband's asking questions!  That kind of thing could really cause some trouble in a relationship...

google finds this number in a facebook type site and has something to do with the following person or someone they know at least.

My theory is a stolen/lost mobile phone

Received the same message as Adam, Adele, and lamatta. Interesting to see that others are receiving the same thing. I have no idea from whom, from where, or what it is.

I found this in my hubbies phone. Same valentines message. TG this came up on the search...I was furious.

Just to add an aside here...Kiara is the name of one of my daughters friends...but I have checked out this site and this is not her. But my daughter lost an expensive mobile phone with plenty of details in it? Does anyone think this could be the link? We were in Toowoomba then

Yep, have received 3 of these "Message cannot be displayed" messages in the last week. Try calling the number back, and get the recorded message saying "this number has been disconnected". I'm in Perth.

My husband keeps having this number in his call log - hasn't said anything about getting weird messages - and things aren't exactly fantastic for us right now so guess what I was thinking?!  It tells me the number is disconnected when I call it - so glad to hear this is not another woman!!

same with my husband. just in log no message showing and number disconnected but it allows messages to be sent.second number like this we have come across

I have been getting calls from 04-2825-5768 usually two in a row. In my old phone the message was linked to telstra 101. When I called 101 there was no voice message to receive. I thought something was wrong with my phone (a virus maybe) SO I changed to a much older phone. The message I get on the older phone is "message cannot be displayed". When I call the number I get a messaging saying that the number is not connected. *annoyed*
