    Got the same message if you ring it back it tells you that you are going to be charged at 5pence a minute, also if you managed to answer before they hang up they want your personal details etc including bank details to charge "admin fees" which are just as costly as paying for the cruise in the first place.
    .
    This is just bad sales technique.
